Ocean County Library Barnegat Branch presents "Red Rose Kay Photography & Multimedia: Landscapes and Nature"

(BARNEGAT TOWNSHIP, NJ) -- The Ocean County Library Barnegat Branch is pleased to present "Red Rose Kay Photography & Multimedia: Landscapes and Nature" throughout the months of February and March. Visitors will see Kaylee McGrath's evocative images of nature and pastoral scenes printed on canvas, metal, acrylic photo blocks and matted prints.



"James and the Giant Peach" heads into final performances at Kelsey Theatre

(WEST WINDSOR, NJ) -- A classic children’s story, along with its magic and wonder, comes to life with the Spirit Players's production "James and the Giant Peach" now through February 9, 2025 at the Kelsey Theatre on the West Windsor Campus of Mercer County Community College (MCCC). The tale has captured the imagination for generations of children, and has been adapted for television, screen, stage, and as a stage musical.








American Repertory Ballet presents the World Premiere of Ethan Stiefel's "Spirit of the Highlands"

(NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ) -- American Repertory Ballet (ARB) continues its dynamic 2024-2025 season with the breathtaking world premiere of Ethan Stiefel's Spirit of the Highlands from Friday, March 7 through Sunday, March 9, 2025 at the New Brunswick Performing Arts Center. An adaptation of August Bournonville's romantic classic La Sylphide, this piece re-imagines the tale of a Scotsman's pursuit of a mystical forest spirit.



George Street Playhouse presents "King James"

(NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ) -- George Street Playhouse presents King James from March 18 through April 7, 2025. Written by Pulitzer Prize finalist playwright Rajiv Joseph (Bengal Tiger at the Baghdad Zoo), the production is directed by Ryan George (GSP's The Club). King James is a funny and heartfelt look at loyalty, ambition, and celebrates the connections that keep us going.



SPQR Stage Company presents 7th "New Works Weekend"

(SOMERS POINT, NJ) -- SPQR Stage Company will host its seventh "New Works Weekend," a two-day festival of nine new, original short plays that will make their world premieres at Studio;Space in Somers Point, February 15-16, 2025, with the option to livestream on February 15th.

1st Annual Bradley Beach Jazz Festival to Take Place This Weekend

(BRADLEY BEACH, NJ) -- The Bradley Beach Tourism Commission presents the 1st Annual Bradley Beach Jazz Festival February 7-8, 2025. The festival will take place at the Historic Bradley Beach Elementary School Theatre from 7:00pm to 10:00pm on Friday and 6:00pm to 10:00pm on Saturday evening.

"Slanted

"Slanted Floors" returns to its Greenpoint Apartment

(NEW YORK, NY) -- Following critical acclaim and sold-out performances, Slanted Floors — hailed by the Daily Beast as "one of New York's most unique and exclusive pieces of theatre" — returns for a strictly limited five-week engagement in its original Greenpoint apartment setting. Performances will run May 26 through June 26, 2026, with 150 seats available.



Arden

Arden Theatre Company presents "Dear Evan Hansen"

(PHILADELPHIA, PA) -- Arden Theatre Company brings the Tony Award-winning musical, Dear Evan Hansen, to the F. Otto Haas Stage this spring. Featuring a book by Steven Levenson and music and lyrics by Benj Pasek and Justin Paul, the production is directed by Terrence J. Nolen and co-conceived by Jorge Cousineau and Nolen. Performances begin May 21, the show opens May 27, and runs through July 5, 2026.



Paper

Paper Mill Playhouse presents "West Side Story"

(MILLBURN, NJ) -- Paper Mill Playhouse presents West Side Story, the final production of Paper Mill's 2025-2026 season, from May 28 through June 28, 2026. An enduring masterpiece based on a conception of Jerome Robbins, West Side Story reimagines Romeo and Juliet in 1950s New York, where young lovers Tony and Maria dare to dream of a future together as rival gangs the Jets and the Sharks clash for control of the streets.



MPAC

MPAC Announces Free Summer Concert Lineup for 2026

(MORRISTOWN, NJ) -- Mayo Performing Arts Center's Arts in the Community free summer concert schedule for 2026 has been announced. MPAC will present six free concerts between June and August. The lineup includes the return of three of their most popular events – Bollywood Dance Party, Country Line Dancing and Salsa at Sunset, as well as singer-songwriters, and more.

Cape May Stage presents "What the Constitution Means to Me"

(CAPE MAY, NJ) -- Cape May Stage presents What the Constitution Means to Me by Heidi Schreck from June 3-28, 2026. Fifteen-year-old Heidi earned her college tuition by winning constitutional debate competitions across the country. In this electrifying and deeply personal play, she revisits that teenage self to explore how the U.S. Constitution has shaped her life — and how it continues to shape all of ours.
