As a booking agent for the past 24+ years, I researched each and every music venue. I reached out via email, on behalf of the artists I booked. However first I checked out the music venues websites, making sure the genre fit. Then I would check the calendars, to see if the dates I was requesting were available.
(NEWARK, NJ) -- New Jersey Symphony will present a special performance for the 2025 Lunar New Year Celebration ringing in the Year of the Snake. Music Director Xian Zhang will conduct the performance on Saturday, January 25, 2025 at New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC). The concert begins at 7:30pm.

(TRENTON, NJ) -- The New Jersey State Council on the Arts is accepting applications for the Creative Aging Initiave Grant (CAI), which provides $10,000 to eligible arts organizations, libraries, veterans homes, senior and community centers, colleges/universities, and units of government to cover costs for arts learning experiences with New Jersey older adults aged 55 and over. Successful applicants will receive $10,000 of funding for each year of the two-year grant cycle, pending available resources.
