St. Philips Players Seeks Performers For Upcoming Musical Revue

(CLIFTON, NJ) -- St. Philips Players, Clifton’s theatre group with heart, is seeking performers for their upcoming original musical revue for November 2022.  With a theme of celebration as we restart post covid, those interested should be representative of a diverse ethnic and racial background with a strong vocal capability. In addition to the vocal component, each candidate should also be able to move well and have the ability to project both dramatic and comedic qualities onstage.

Williams Honor Celebrates Latest Album With The WH eXpo: 3-Night Asbury Park Event

(ASBURY PARK, NJ) -- After a successful Nashville release show during CMA Fest for their new album released this past June 15th, Williams Honor, comprised of Reagan Richards and Gordon Brown, return home to prepare for their most expansive event yet, celebrating all things WH. The WH eXpo will take place July 20-22 throughout the town that raised them in three separate Asbury Park venues, The Showroom Cinema, The Berkeley Carteret Hotel, and The Saint, celebrating the things they love most. Princeton Makes and Ragged Sky Press Host Second Sunday Poetry Reading on July 10

(PRINCETON, NJ) -- Princeton Makes, a Princeton-based artist cooperative, and Ragged Sky Press, a local publisher focused on poetry, will host a Second Sunday Poetry Reading on Sunday, July 10 at 4:00pm at the Princeton Makes store in the Princeton Shopping Center.  The reading will feature Steve Nolan and Lew Maltby. Their readings will be followed by an open mic available to up to 10 audience members who would like to read their original poetry.

The newly formed Asbury Park Theater Company (APTCo) is presenting Green Day’s American Idiot, the Tony Award-winning Broadway musical, as the company's debut production. The first weekend of performances took place July 1-3 and photographer John Posada was on hand to take photos.  The production returns July 8-10 with shows on Fridays and Saturdays at 8:00pm and on Sundays at 5:00pm at the Kingsley Theater located inside The Berkeley Oceanfront Hotel, 1401 Ocean Avenue in Asbury Park, NJ.

(TEANECK, NJ) -- The award-winning PBS documentary series, INDEPENDENT LENS, presents the launch of the upcoming season of Indie Lens Pop-Up in partnership with the Teaneck International Film Festival and the Puffin Cultural Forum. The season kicks-off on February 4, 2026 with The Librarians and continues through May. The series is free for all but sign up is required.
