(MIDDLETOWN, NJ) -- Dunbar Repertory Company presents A Raisin In The Sun by Lorraine Hansberry across two weekends from February 14-22, 2026 at the Middletown Arts Center. Set on Chicago's South Side, Hansberry's celebrated play concerns the divergent dreams and conflicts in three generations of the Younger family: Son Walter Lee, his wife Ruth, his sister Beneatha, his son Travis and matriarch Lena.



Masquerade Theatre presents "American Son"

An estranged bi-racial couple must confront their feelings about race and bias after their son is detained by the local police following a traffic stop incident. Their disparate histories and backgrounds inform their assumptions as they try to find out what happened to their son.



Kean Stage presents Good Witch Bad Witch on February 7th

Vivid Stage Begins Early Bird Enrollment for Vivid Dreamers Summer Theatre Camp

(SUMMIT, NJ) -- Vivid Stage, in residence at Oakes Center at 120 Morris Avenue in Summit, is now enrolling for its Vivid Dreamers summer theatre program for students entering grades 4 through 10 from July 6 through July 24, 2026. It is a program that celebrates the unique creativity of each individual student, and helps them to develop their own voice and personal expression.
