Popular Pipes of Christmas Concert To Return Via the Internet

Manhattan’s annual Pipes of Christmas concert, a joyous celebration of Celtic music and poetry produced by the Learned Kindred of Currie, returns for a joyous 22nd year.  Traditionally held in packed out venues, the 2020 production will instead bring this much-loved ‘festival of the soul’ to a worldwide audience in a new, unique and creative way.



A Look At MPAC's Events For December 2020 - In Person & Livestream Shows

(MORRISTOWN, NJ) -- Mayo Performing Arts Center (MPAC) continues its limited capacity concerts throughout December. On October 9, the 80th anniversary of his birth, a new music video was released honoring John Lennon – “John Lennon: A Day In His Life”, Grammy- nominated American producer, Michael Franklin, and Beatles animator, Alvaro Ortega teaming up to create it.

The Bryan Hansen Band has released an updated version of the classic "Christmas Wrapping" song by The Waitresses. Featuring Kim Boyko on lead vocals, the new version brings the 80s Xmas tune into 2020's pandemic or, as they describe it on the YouTube page, "a dumpster fire of a year."

Kean Stage presents Andrea McArdle: A Holiday Concert

RVCC to Present Virtual Benefit Concert Featuring Music from Prokofiev’s “Cinderella”

(BRANCHBURG, NJ) -- The Raritan Valley Community College (RVCC) Arts & Design department will present its second selection in a virtual concert series launched to help defray the cost of private instructional lessons for RVCC music majors. The virtual concert, “Cinderella,” will be live-streamed from RVCC’s Nash Theatre on Sunday, December 13 at 2:00pm. The performance will feature award-winning pianist Artyom Pak.
