Derek Hough Dance for the Holidays to come to Atlantic City, Jersey City, and Trenton

(ATLANTIC CITY, NJ) -- Four time EMMY® winner Derek Hough has announced the dates for his upcoming Derek Hough Dance for the Holidays tour. The multi-city tour includes three dates in New Jersey: Friday, December 4 at Borgata Resort Spa & Casino in Atlantic City; Tuesday, December 8 at Loew's Jersey Theatre in Jersey City; and Tuesday, December 15, 2026 at CURE Insurance Arena in Trenton.



Roxey Ballet Returns to The College of New Jersey for Its 31st Season with the American Holiday Classic Nutcracker

(EWING, NJ) -- After more than five years away from the venue, Roxey Ballet brings its beloved Nutcracker back to The College of New Jersey's Kendall Hall Main Stage Theater in Ewing — opening Thanksgiving weekend and running through early December, with performances by professional artists alongside dancers, actors, and community members from across Mercer, Hunterdon, Somerset, Ocean, and Bucks Counties.

PHILADANCO! Returns to The Joyce Theater

(NEW YORK, NY) -- For more than fifty-six years, PHILADANCO! (The Philadelphia Dance Company) has stood among the most influential forces in American concert dance, shaping generations of extraordinary artists while preserving and advancing the traditions of what was then called Black dance. From July 29 through August 2, 2026, the internationally celebrated company returns to The Joyce Theater after a successful three-week European tour with a powerful program that honors its historic legacy while embracing the future through four innervating and compelling choreographic voices.








Dancing In The Park to Take Place July 15th

(JERSEY CITY, NJ) -- Washington Park Association of Hudson County (WPA) is proud to join with SMUSH Gallery to produce Dancing in the Park, to be presented on Wednesday, July 15, 2026 at 7:00pm. In its third iteration, Dancing in the Park offers the public a free outdoor professional modern dance concert. This year’s event features dance created by Sarah Liebau, Morgaine de Leonardis, Kat Reese, Rosalia Saver, Amber Sloan, Diana Uribe, Mamiko Usuda, and Meagan Woods.



Roxey Ballet Brings History to Life on July 3rd with World Premiere of George Washington Crossing the Delaware During America250 Celebration

(LAMBERTVILLE, NJ) -- As the nation commemorates the 250th Anniversary of the United States, Roxey Ballet — the Delaware River region's only professional dance company — will present the world premiere of George Washington Crossing the Delaware, a powerful new dance work celebrating one of the defining moments in American history. Performances take place on Friday, July 3, 2026 at Lambertville Station. Admission is free.

MPAC Announces Free Summer Concert Lineup for 2026

(MORRISTOWN, NJ) -- Mayo Performing Arts Center's Arts in the Community free summer concert schedule for 2026 has been announced. MPAC will present six free concerts between June and August. The lineup includes the return of three of their most popular events – Bollywood Dance Party, Country Line Dancing and Salsa at Sunset, as well as singer-songwriters, and more.

Classic American Tales' presents Tales at the Dormer House every Thursday

(CAPE MAY, NJ) -- From June 4 through October 15, 2026 (except for July 2), Classic American Tales (CAT) once more presents Tales at the Dormer House in which guests are treated to lemonade and tasty treats while listening to stories written by noteworthy authors, read by a variety of performers. The schedule is 4:00pm every Thursday at the historic Dormer House Bed and Breakfast (800 Columbia Avenue) in Cape May, NJ. Performances are on the front porch, weather permitting.

2026-27 Season Preview: Split Level Concerts at Jersey Shore Arts Center

(OCEAN GROVE, NJ) -- Split Level Concerts at the Jersey Shore Arts Center (JSAC) in Ocean Grove has announced the full concert lineup for its third season. All shows will take place beginning at 8:00pm in JSAC's Palaia Theater. The season lineup includes Willie Nile, John Gorka, Dan Bern, Catie Curtis and Band, Stephen Kellogg, Abbie Gardner, Heather Maloney and Band, and Kim Richey. As they have done in prior years, artists from the Asbury Park music scene will open many of the shows.
