(RED BANK, NJ) -- CHEERS! A Holiday Wine Festival will take place Sunday, December 4th at The Basie Center in Red Bank. There’s no better way to begin the most festive of all seasons than with family & friends at New Jersey’s premier new wine event. The event runs from noon to 5:00pm. Open for those 21 and over.
Uncork the most magical time of year at “CHEERS- A Holiday Wine Festival at The Basie Center”. Let your hearts delight as you sip, sample and purchase delicious NJ wines each chosen to make spirits bright! The ambiance of the Basie Center is the perfect back drop for this celebration of the holidays. Join six of New Jersey’s finest wineries in The Basie Grand Lobby for tasting and sales while holiday carolers serenade you.
Stroll down to The Vogel and immerse yourself in the best of holiday cheer. Shop the Holiday Market, enjoy live seasonal music and purchase delicious cuisine from one of Red Bank’s best establishments. While you are there, be sure to get your photo taken with Old St. Nick himself! So gather together your family & friends… come open a bottle of wine and toast the holidays with us!! CHEERS-A Holiday Wine Festival at The Basie Center is proud to support Holiday Express with opportunities for all attending to donate items at collection bins found at the event.
PRICING: CHEERS VIP Package – $180 includes 4 admission tickets, 4 souvenir tasting glasses and reserved table seating in The Vogel; CHEERS General Admission- $35 includes admission and souvenir tasting glass) *must be 21+ to purchase ticket and attend event
Participating NJ Wineries include: Auburn Road Vineyards, Cedar Rose Vineyards, Terra Nonno Winery, Tomasello Winery, Valenzano Winery, and Villa Milagro Vineyards. Wine Sampling & Sales will take place from noon-5:00pm in the Hackensack Meridian Health Theatre Lobby.
Holiday Market Vendors include Jerky James, Hangover Pretzel, Bakers Bounty, Gina’s Cheese Corner, Touchstone Crystal, House of Cork, B. Baths, and Cynful Bliss. There will be also be delicious food available from the Tacoholics food truck! The Holiday Market will be open from noon to 4:30pm.
Entertainment includes: Strolling Carolers; Photos with St. Nick (pay as you go); and Goldenseal-live on stage at The Vogel performing a great mix of holiday favorites and classic tunes.
Charity Support: CHEERS! proudly supports Holiday Express, celebrating its 30th season of sharing music, help and hope with those less fortunate. We’re encouraging attendees to support their cause by bringing donations of new coats and gloves, adult sizes L and XL. Gift cards ($20 & $15) to Dunkin’ Donuts, Target, Walmart and McDonald’s are also welcomed. Collection bins will be at the entrance to the event. Stop by their booth to say hello and to learn more about their mission and holiday benefit concerts at The Basie on December 19 and December 20.
