(MANASQUAN, NJ) --  Algonquin Arts Theatre is presenting The Who’s Tommy from Friday, August 12 through Sunday, August 21. A smash-hit on both sides of the Atlantic, this is a powerful tale of a deaf, mute and blind pinball player who becomes an international sensation bursts on the stage in this multi-award winning adaptation of the original chart-topping rock album. Hit songs include "Pinball Wizard," "See Me, Touch Me." This show contains adult content.

The cast includes: Matthew Johnson (Tommy), Nadia Jewel Vito (Mrs. Walker), Patrick Mulrane (Captain Walker), Brendan Flanagan (Uncle Ernie), Thomas Krey (Cousin Kevin), Maggie Blaise (Gypsy), Jax Terry (10-year-old Tommy), Jake Ward (4-year-old Tommy), Hannah Teza (Sally Simpson), Kevin Thrower (Hawker/Specialist), Donny Nikola (Lover), Shayne Austin Miller (Minister/Mr. Simpson), Mads Fernandez (Harmonica Player), Aisa Feratovic (Specialist’s Assistant), Amber Tanzi (Minister’s Wife), Gavin Bailey (Ensemble), James Chianese (Ensemble), Nicolás R. Hewgley (Ensemble), Kaitlyn Hulme (Ensemble), Leah Krupnick (Ensemble), Willie Naess (Ensemble), Stanley Skalecki (Ensemble), and Cassidy Terracciano (Ensemble).

(NEW YORK, NY) -- The Acting Company is proud to announce Loves’ Labour's Won, a hilarious Shakespearean sequel by Alice Scovell, staged by Award-winning director Brian Isaac Phillips. The all-star cast features Steven Boyer, Christian Conn, Ismenia Mendes, and Sarah Stiles. The one-night only play reading will take place on Monday, September 15, 2025 at 7:00pm at The Kaye Playhouse at Hunter College (68th Street between Park and Lexington Avenues). All proceeds from the event will benefit The Acting Company.

(CRANFORD, NJ) -- The Theater Project will launch its 2025 New Play Readings series on Saturday, September 20, 2025 at Cranford Community Center's 110-seat theater. Admission is free, with no registration required. The first play is Stephanie Griffin's Define Good, which draws its inspiration from the incendiary days of groups like the Weather Underground, whose violent tactics represented the dark side of the anti-Vietnam War movement. The event begins at 2:00pm.
