(PHILADELPHIA, PA) -- More than 20 years ago, New York's Z100, the most listened to pop radio station in the country, introduced Jingle Ball—a holiday concert with the year's top artists performing their #1 hits. The show quickly became the most anticipated holiday tradition with tickets selling out in minutes. Jingle Ball has since grown into a globally-recognized phenomenon-now a sold-out multi-city national tour-and a must-stop appearance for the world's biggest artists to get face-to-face with thousands of their most passionate fans. The tour came to the Wells Fargo Center in Philadephia on December 12th and photographer Jennifer Petrics was on hand to take photos of the performers as they walked the red carpet.

iHeartMedia celebrates the holiday season across the nation with its annual “iHeartRadio Jingle Ball Tour Presented by Capital One” – the season's spectacular music event, which captures the music and holiday spirit of the iHeartRadio app with performances by this year’s biggest artists.

iHeartMedia and all its broadcast radio stations are committed to inspiring and creating positive change that improves the lives of others. For the ninth consecutive year, ten cities on the tour, Los Angeles; Chicago; Detroit; New York; Boston; Philadelphia; Washington, D.C.; Atlanta; Tampa and Miami/Ft. Lauderdale partnered with the Ryan Seacrest Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to inspiring today's youth through entertainment and education focused initiatives.

Every year, the Jingle Ball Tour gives back to the community to celebrate the holiday season. This year's official charity for the Jingle Ball Tour is the Ryan Seacrest Foundation. $1.00 of each ticket sold will be donated to the non-profit organization, which is dedicated to inspiring today's youth through entertainment and education focused initiatives.

The star-studded lineup for its annual iHeartRadio Jingle Ball tour Philly stop included performers: Sam Smith, Charlie Puth, AJR, Khalid, Tate McRae, Lauv, Ava Max, Jax and Nicky Youre.  Elvis Duran from Z100 and Rach on the Radio from Q102 were also in attendance.

The Philadelphia crowd got in the holiday spirit all night long with performances from their favorite artists.

Nicky Youre kicked off the show with his song “Eyes On You,” a cover of Neon Trees’ “Everybody Talks,” his unreleased song “Weatherman,” and what he called “the song that changed his life” —“Sunroof.”

Jax got the crowd on their feet with her hit “90s Kids,” a rockin' rendition of Wheatus’ “Teenage Dirtbag,” and her viral single “Victoria’s Secret,” sporting another homemade holiday sweater.

Wearing a cozy black outfit, Khalid charmed the crowd with lively performances of “Young Dumb & Broke,” “Talk” and “Location.”

Tate McRae kept the energy up as she danced on stage to her hits “uh oh,” “stupid,” “that way,” “feel like shit,” “she's all i wanna be,” and “you broke me first.”

A sea of waving phone lights lit up the arena as Lauv delivered emotional performances of “i’m so tired…,” “Modern Loneliness,” and “I Like Me Better.”

Ava Max stunned in blazing red hair as she performed “Kings & Queens,” “Maybe You're the Problem,” and wrapped her set with a medley of “Sweet but Psycho” and “The Motto.”

The brothers of AJR delivered an energetic set with their hits “Bang!” “Burn the House Down,” “World’s Smallest Violin,” “Sober Up,” and closed with an epic demonstration of the making of their hits “Weak” and “Marching Band.”

Sam Smith stunned in a sparkly jumpsuit, opening their set with “Stay With Me” and “I’m Not the Only One.” They got in the holiday spirit with a special rendition of “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas.” For their final song, they brought out special guest Kim Petras to perform “Unholy.”

Charlie Puth closed outthe star-studded evening with his hits including “Light Switch,” “We Don't Talk Anymore,” and “Left and Right.” In tune with the season, he performed “This Christmas” and ended his set with “See You Again.”
