Photo submissions Sought for the 2023 Monmouth County At-A-Glance Annual Report

originally published: 03/30/2023

(FREEHOLD, NJ) -- The Monmouth County Board of County Commissioners are seeking photos for the 2023 Monmouth County At-A-Glance, an annual report developed by the County’s Division of Planning, and are inviting County residents to submit their photos for consideration.

“Monmouth County is thrilled to offer an opportunity for photographers throughout the County to capture the character and spirit of their towns through the At-A-Glance photo submission,” said Commissioner Director Thomas A. Arnone. “Selected photos will be featured and credited in the upcoming 2023 Monmouth County At-A-Glance, or other future publications. Submissions can be made at https://bit.ly/MonmouthCoPhotos.”

“The Monmouth County At-A-Glance looks to create an annual snapshot of each of the 53 municipalities, using facts and photos, while highlighting what is unique about each and every one of them,” said Commissioner Lillian G. Burry, liaison to the Division of Planning. “We encourage everyone to submit photos that show the remarkable characteristics of Monmouth County.”

“The At-A-Glance provides the reader with commonly requested demographic, housing, economic, employment, and land use data,” said Commissioner Ross F. Licitra, a member of the County’s Planning Board. “The Monmouth County At-A-Glance also explores topical planning issues that each municipality faces, based on staff research and municipal input. This includes referencing municipal websites, master plans and re-examination reports, planning board minutes, planning and zoning ordinances, and local news publications.”
