(NEWARK, NJ) -- New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC) presents A Conversation with Stephen Colbert and Paul Giamatti on Saturday, June 29, 2024 at 8:00pm. In this one-of-a-kind event, expect laughter and deep thoughts with two highly entertaining and provocative thinkers sharing ideas, stories and laughs as part of North to Shore Festival. The event is presented by the Montclair Film Festival.

Comedy superstar Stephen Colbert brings his incisive intellect and whip-smart humor to observations and conversations about current events. From Emmy-winning shows to sold-out tours and NY Times bestsellers, it seems like he’s done it all and done it well.

Joining Colbert is the extraordinary Paul Giamatti, fresh off his recent Golden Globe win and Oscar nomination for The Holdovers. One of the most versatile and skilled actors to grace the screen, Giamatti effortlessly shifts between performing in period pieces such as 12 Years a Slave and John Adams, blockbusters like Spider-Man 2, modern-day robber baron tales in Billions, and thought-provoking dramedies like Sideways and Barney’s Version. He also co-hosts the Webby-nominated podcast Chinwag, which features conversations that dive deep into the wilderness of the mind.

Tickets range from $79.50 to $250 and are available for purchase online, by calling 888.GO.NJPAC (888.466.5722) or by visiting the NJPAC Box Office. New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC) is located at One Center Street in Newark, New Jersey.

Terrific animation Godzilla’s Day Off screens at the 2026 New Jersey International Film Festival on May 30!

I loved the introduction to the short animated film Godzilla's Day Off by Myra Sito Velasquez. It was very retro and fun. I love, love, love this style of animation, it's very South Park which is the reason I was so drawn to this piece. It's very nostalgic for me as my dad was always watching South Park when I was growing up #cartman #godzillabuiltlikecartman #southparkxgodzilla #cartmansdayoff.
