(NAVESINK, NJ) -- In under two years, Magnolia Productions has brought five unforgettable shows to life — earning 3 Perry Award nominations for their debut production of Proof, and 6 nominations in the first full season for Night Watch and Almost, Maine.
Along the way, they’ve also delivered the moving Eleemosynary and the captivating Ladies in Waiting: The Judgement of Henry VIII.
Now, they’re inviting you to help write the next act. Join the ladies of Magnolia at The Navesink Library on Saturday, September 27, 2025 for an elegant evening celebrating the past, supporting the future, and sharing in the magic of live theater.
Enjoy live entertainment, light hors d’oeuvres, a cash bar, and an opportunity to mingle with fellow theater lovers — all while helping bring the next season's productions to the stage.
Tickets are available for purchase online. The Navesink Library is located at 149 Monmouth Avenue in Navesink, New Jersey. NOTE: This is a one night only performance and tickets will NOT be available at the door.
Samantha Ambler and Christa Collier met when cast in Steel Magnolias at Center Players in 2023, under the direction of Sharon Coyle and Mark Papa and stage managed by Anne Kaufman. When the show wrapped, they knew they wanted to do something more. Out of their friendship and their love for their fellow Magnolias, Andrea Bell Wolff, Rachel Hamilton, Jenn Hyman Zimmerman, and Julia James, Magnolia Productions was born.
They invited Kate Boeckel to join them in their endeavor and put Proof up in June 2024. Proof was a success and they were nominated for three Perry Awards.
Rachel Hamilton joined the Executive Board for the first full season. Currently, Anne Kaufman sits in the fourth board seat.
