Any musician–amateur or professional, young or old–is invited to take part. Likewise, businesses, neighbors, schools, churches, and organizations of all shapes and sizes can sign up to offer their outdoor spaces as concert locations.

Music Music Englewood intends to bring people together, boost creativity, and spread joy. Step into summer, reconnect with your neighbors, feel the music in you,  and let it out!

Make Music Englewood is sponsored by the Englewood Public Library, Bergen Community College and The Englewood Parks and Recreation Department.

Dan Sheehan and band will be presenting songs from The Seas Are Rising: Stories of a Climate in Crisis, a concert experience calling attention to the urgency of the climate crisis featuring songs telling stories of people around the globe already facing severe consequences of climate change and songs urging citizens of the world to take action.

Born2Blend, fronted by the harmonies of singers Divinity Montijo and Georgia Cassidy, bring to Make Music Englewood a modern sound with funky basslines, irresistible grooves, and the smooth and soulful vocal work from which they take their name.

Kurley Skeletons is an indie-rock band that originated from Bergen County. The frontman, Heni, got really tired of playing by themselves, so they forced the drummer, Enzo, to join. Anna, Piero, and Brandon were later held against their will for 72 hours until they agreed to join the band, Kurley Skeletons. Influenced by math rock, and pop rock, Kurley Skeletons came out with their first single, "The Confused Octopus and The Enchanted Penguin." They are now play at local bars, and venues around New Jersey.

Metamorphic Winds  was formed in 2004 in order to perform all genres of chamber music in styles ranging from classical to jazz to light pop. Their members perform in the pit orchestras of Broadway theaters as well as area orchestras and chamber ensembles. They have performed all over the New York tri-state area in venues as diverse as The Festival of the Arts in Nyack, NY, Bell Works in Holmdel, NJ, or the Sousa Bandshell in NY. Since we are so near to Juneteenth, this concert will feature music by African American composers performed by an all female group comprised of: Christine MacDonnell Mikki Ryan Erika Friedman Tessa Dolce.
