(BELVIDERE, NJ) -- Country Gate Players presents The Miracle Worker by William Gibson across two weekends from April 18-26, 2026. A child trapped in silence. A family desperate for hope. This play tells the powerful true story of Helen Keller and the determined teacher who broke through the darkness to reach her.
Immortalized on screen by Anne Bancroft and Patty Duke, this Tony Award-winning play is the story of Annie Sullivan and her student, Helen Keller, who lost her sight and hearing at the age of 19 months.
