(BOUND BROOK, NJ) -- The Brook Arts Center is the only existing vaudeville theater (Brook Theater) remaining in Somerset County, and one of eight in New Jersey listed in the National Register of Historic Places. The theater has been providing entertainment since 1927. Their Spring 2022 opens on April 1st with a wide variety of quality entertainment at affordable prices. Shows include tributes to the Bee Gees, Neil Young, Comedy with Julia Scotti and Uncle Floyd, and a production of Guys & Dolls.

April 1st – 8:00pm: The NY Bee Gees Tribute Show presents the most extravagant Bee Gees show a fan can experience, performing 70’s disco hits from Stayin’ Alive to Night Fever while embracing their early works such as To Love Somebody, I’ve Got to Get a Message to You, and Massachusetts. The New York Bee Gees delivers songs with a stunning production, powerful vocals, and a professional stage presence.

April 2nd – 8:00pm: Sugar Mountain faithfully replicates the songs of one of the most prolific and beloved singer/songwriters, Neil Young. Sugar Mountain performs songs from Buffalo Springfield and Crosby, Stills, Nash, and Young to garage band Crazy Horse and countless genre bending solo releases, spanning everything from folk, country, electronic and hard rock to rockabilly.

April 16 - 8:00pm:  An Evening of Comedy with Julia Scotti and Uncle Floyd. These two Jersey-born comedy gems continue to break down barriers in every facet of show business, proving that age is not just a number, it’s an asset!  Wildly funny, high-energy, and raucous, good-time granny comedian, Julia Scotti, captured audiences when she appeared on America’s Got Talent in 2016. Her critically acclaimed documentary, “Julia Scotti: Funny that Way” can be seen on Amazon Prime. Legendary Uncle Floyd is primarily known for The Uncle Floyd Show (1974–1998) continues to entertain audiences with his unique act of saucy songs, kooky comedy, and vivacious vaudeville.

April 22 – May 1st: Guys and Dolls:  Guys and Dolls is the story about rolling the dice and falling in love!  Guys and Dolls take us from the bustle of Times Square to the dance clubs of Havana to the sewers of New York City as it demonstrates the great lengths to which a guy will go when he truly falls in love with a “doll. Guys and Dolls feature some of Frank Loesser’s most memorable tunes, “Adelaide’s Lament,” the romantic “I’ve Never Been in Love Before,” the exuberant “If I Were a Bell,” and the classic “Luck Be a Lady
