Art House Productions presents Adam Wade & Friends: An Evening of Storytelling

(JERSEY CITY, NJ) -- Art House Productions is delighted to present Adam Wade & Friends, a 90-minute storytelling show featuring Jersey City's own Adam Wade, on October 2, 2024 at 7:30pm. A 20-time Story Slam winner at The Moth and creator of the #1 Best Selling Audible Original You Ought To Know Adam Wade, Adam Wade has also been featured on TV's Inside Amy Schumer and Girls.

The performance will take place October 2nd at Art House Productions, located at 345 Marin Boulevard in Jersey City, New Jersey. Showtime is 7:30pm. This event is recommended for all ages. Tickets are $23.50 and available for purchase online.

Adam Wade is a renowned storyteller, writer, and media producer. He is a 20-time Story Slam winner at The Moth and the creator of the #1 Best Selling Audible Original You Ought To Know Adam Wade. His innovative “biopic for your ears” combines his onstage honesty with intimate reflections in the studio. His debut comedy/storytelling special, Adam Wade: Small Town Lover, premiered on YouTube in 2023.

Adam’s storytelling and comedy albums, including Adam Wade: The Human Comedy and Adam Wade Live at The Magnet Theater, have received high praise. A member of The Writers Guild of America, East, Adam’s diverse projects draw from his experiences working at a Greek diner, making it in New York City, and his time as an NBC Page.

For over twenty years, Adam has been a fixture in the NYC storytelling and comedy scenes, with his monthly show at Under St. Marks Theatre being a New York Times, CBS News, and Time Out NY Critic’s Pick. He has toured with The Moth Main Stage and appeared on The Moth Radio Hour, The Moth Podcast, and PBS’s Stories from the Stage. His personal essay for Hodinkee’s ‘Watch of the Week’ is among their most popular. Adam has also appeared on HBO's Girls, Inside Amy Schumer, ESPN’s Classic Now, and hosted Bloomberg’s Conversations with Coders.

Since 2010, Adam has taught over 3,000 students through his Storytelling Classes at NYC's Magnet Theater, as well as conducting workshops for organizations including the United Nations, Apple, and The New York Times.

Princeton Makes Artist Cooperative Announces Move to New Space Within Princeton Shopping Center

(PRINCETON, NJ) -- Princeton Makes, a Princeton-based artist cooperative, has announced that it will be moving its store and studios to a new location within the Princeton Shopping Center. Princeton Makes will host a re-opening celebration on Saturday, June 14, 2025 at the new location, which is in the southeast section of the shopping center, between Princeton Nassau Pediatrics and Pizza Star. People will have the opportunity to shop in the new space, meet many of the Princeton Makes artists, and enjoy refreshments. The event will start at 10:00am and continue through regular store hours until 6:00pm.

2025 Princeton Festival to Take Place June 6-21

(PRINCETON, NJ) -- The Princeton Symphony Orchestra (PSO) has announced its performance line-up for this year's Princeton Festival, New Jersey's premier performing arts festival, taking place June 6-21, 2025 on the beautiful grounds of Morven Museum & Garden. The performing arts showcase includes chart-topping hits of music icons, superstar soprano Renée Fleming, songs by Sondheim, a tumultuous opera by Giacomo Puccini, an evening of dance, music of Vivaldi and the Motor City, plus a joy-filled finale featuring the music of ABBA. A Baroque concert and violin recital take place at nearby Trinity Church.
