(ASBURY PARK, NJ) -- The 2nd Annual Lakehouse Music Block Party will take place on Saturday, May 18, 2024 (rain date May 19th) with live entertainment, a beer garden, food trucks, and more. All proceeds benefit Asbury Park Music Foundation's Music Saved My Life program, which provides music education to underprivileged youth.
The live music lineup includes: The Parlor Mob; Glen Burtnik and Special Guests; Steve Forbert; Alexander Simone & Whodat? Live Crew; Hooper; Jake Thistle; Dentist; Kevian Kraemer; Küf Knotz & Christine Elise; Sam Cook-Parrott (Radiator Hospital); NOUN (Marissa Paternoster of Screaming Females); Chill Smith; and a Special appearance by hip hop legend Eric B. (Eric B. and Rakim).
In addition to the music, there will be a Beer garden by Asbury Park Brewery; Libations from Asbury Park Distilling Co.; Local food trucks; Lakehouse Sidewalk Recording Studio; Hands-on gear demos by Russo Music; Interactive music booth with Moto Records; and more.
Advance tickets cost $20, day of show $25. Gates open at 11:30am and the event runs from noon to 7:00pm. Lakehouse Music is located at 619 Lake Avenue in Asbury Park, New Jersey.

(PRINCETON, NJ) -- The Westminster Conservatory of Music will present the concert, Celebrating Asian and Pacific American (APA) Heritage Month on Sunday, May 19, 2024 at 7:30pm. The concert features nine Conservatory faculty members of APA heritage as they perform music that represents the nation of their background. It will take place in Bristol Chapel (101 Walnut Lane) in Princeton. Admission is free.
