Novado Gallery presents 2023 Sculpture Invitational Show

(JERSEY CITY, NJ) -- Novado Gallery presents its 2023 Sculpture Invitational Show from Saturday, October 14 to Saturday, November 11, 2023; in conjunction with the 34th Annual Jersey City Art and Studio Tour. Join them for an extraordinary celebration of three-dimensional artistry!

This event promises to be a captivating exploration of sculptural art, featuring the work of nine talented and visionary artists: Syd Carpenter (Philadelphia, PA), Jerome China (Jersey City, NJ), Stephen Datz (Skaneateles, NY), Brian Gustafson (Jersey City, NJ), Robert Lach (Livingston, NJ), Todd Lambrix (Annandale, NJ), Paul Leibow (Leonia, NJ), Linda Streicher (Morristown, NJ), and Josh Urso (Jersey City, NJ).

The exhibition is a testament to the diverse narratives and creative journeys each artist undertakes in the realm of three-dimensional artistic expression. From abstract forms that challenge perceptions to figurative pieces that resonate with emotion; a cultural, historical and narrative, serving as a record of human civilization that conveys emotions, ideas and complex concepts through the physically of form, providing a powerful means of communication.

They will hold an Opening Reception Saturday, October 14, from 7:00pm to 9:00pm where you'll have the opportunity to engage with the artists, delve into their unique perspectives, and revel in the beauty of their sculptural masterpieces.

Novado Gallery is located at 110 Morgan Street in Jersey City, New Jersey. The gallery was established in 2016 by artist Anne Novado, and street photographer Steve Pearlman. The gallery carries an inventory of artworks on paper & on canvas for sale, and provides a range of art services for offices and residential locations. At Novado Gallery, they believe that art should should enrich lives through inspiration, by provoking thought, and by becoming an integral part of one's existence.  They welcome all, and cater to those individuals who consider their relationship to art as an intrinsic aspect of their everyday lives. Their carefully curated programming aims to showcase works that ignite dialogue, celebrate the artist’s vision, and challenge conventions.  From established to emerging talent, each exhibition in our gallery has been created to resonate with intellectual and emotional depth. The gallery offers a welcoming environment where collectors, artists, and enthusiasts can engage with the art, nurturing their understanding and fostering meaningful connections.
