(ATLANTIC CITY, NJ) -- The Noyes Museum of Art of Stockton University is currenting presenting the “Noyes Artist Members Exhibition: 2021” now through January 2, 2022. The Noyes Artist Membership is a highly competitive title awarded to an established professional artist whose original work exemplifies the highest caliber of artistic standards. The Noyes Museum has an established artist members program for regional artists working in any medium.
The following artists are included in this exhibit: Phyllis Anderson, Jill DeFelice, Glen Guarino, t.a. hahn, Dennis Loughlin, Joe Lugara, Valeria Marcus, George Mattei, Lucretia E. McGuff-Silverman, Tony Migliaccio, Vincent Nardone, Carol Nussbaum, Suzanne Pasqualicchio, Jason Rice, Vincent Romaniello, Andrea Sauchelli, Karen Starrett, Lou Storey, Diane Tomash, and Christina Marie Klein.
Jill DeFelice’s work shares with us a glimpse of her life and the many places her family lived overseas. Joe Lugara creates drawings, paintings, and photographs that depict odd objects, inexplicable phenomena, and fantastic dreamscapes. Carol Nussbaum creates mandalas from a variety of photographic subjects, ranging from bicycle handles to tulips. Suzanne Pasqualicchio’s paintings are a record of her existence and relationships, involving personal discovery and the quieting of a nostalgic desire to hold on. Lou Storey’s art aims to send a message about what is on his mind and mirror a shared human experience of the things we want, fear, believe, and love.
The Noyes Artist Members Exhibition is open to the public, Wednesday through Sunday from 11:00am to 6:00pm. The Noyes Arts Garage is located at 2200 Fairmount Avenue in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Face coverings are required, and social distancing protocols are in place.
