The New Jersey music community is rallying in support of photographer Jeff Crespi who recently had a medical emergency. Crespi, the multiple Asbury Park Music Award winning photographer was helicoped to Capital Health Neuro Hospital where he had to have an immediate procedure for lesions on his brain. A GoFund Me crowdfunding campaign has been set up to help raise funds for him.
According to the GoFund Page, Jeff is doing well, but will not be able to work yet or drive for 6 months, and he does not get income if he misses work. Insurance will not cover a large portion of these bills and this will not be easy to get through. This is Jeff's official Campaign and set up to all go directly to him.
Musicians and music fans from throughout the state have been donating to the fund. As of press time, more than 110 people had contributed nearly $5,000 towards the campaign's goal of $15,000 in just a few hours.
