Belmar's Annual Artwalk Returns April 29

(BELMAR, NJ) -- Belmar's Annual Artwalk returns on Saturday, April 29 from 12:00pm to 4:00pm. This free and family friendly event takes place rain or shine along Main Street from 5th through 13th Avenue including Belmar's Pyanoe Plaza, which is located in the heart of Belmar's Business District at 9th Avenue and Main Street. The Annual Artwalk showcases the talent of over 60 artists, musicians and participating businesses in the community. This year's event will again feature a secret word search prize drawing.

New additions this year are a 3D chalk art demo in the Plaza, an expanded "Artist's Row" to browse and buy at 12th Avenue and Main Street. (Belmar Elementary School & 3 Acre Park) and a artist's meet & greet at Beach Haus Brewery from 4:00pm-6:00pm.

This event is produced by Belmar Arts Council and sponsored by Belmar Tourism, Spark Marketing Solutions and the Belmar Business Partnership.  Guide maps will be available at Belmar Arts Center, in Pyanoe Plaza and posted online at www.belmararts.org.

The Belmar Arts Council is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to making Belmar a better place to live through the arts and is supported by membership, donors and grants. BelmarArts sponsors monthly art exhibits, community art projects,  live music, shared interest groups in drawing, painting, creative writing, photography, fiber arts and a variety of workshops for adults and children.
