Art House To Hold "Cocktails Under The Stars" Benefit Honoring Reg E. Gaines

(JERSEY CITY, NJ) --  Art House Productions, SILVERMAN, CoolVines, and CarePoint Health present "Cocktails Under The Stars" -  a glamorous midsummer party honoring Tony-nominated writer, poet, educator and Jersey City native, Reg E. Gaines that will raise funds for Art House's youth theater education programs, Stages! and Say Word?! Cocktails Under the Stars will feature live performances, wine & beer, specialty cocktails, and hors d'oeuvres on Wednesday, August 9th on the Rooftop Terrace of Charles and Co in Jersey City, NJ.

Meredith Burns, Art House’s Executive Director, says “We are looking forward to honoring Reg E. Gaines for his contributions to Art House and to raise vital funds to expand our youth theater education programs in 2017/2018. Art House is proud of the work we’ve done over the past 16 years providing arts education for young people in Jersey City in the form of in-school and after-school residencies, summer programs, and through our on-site musical theater program, Stages! We hope to continue serving up quality youth programming in our city for many decades to come. We invite the community to come out and raise a glass for arts education!”

With breathtaking, panoramic views of Jersey City’s skyline, Cocktails Under the Stars will be held on Wednesday, August 9th, 2017 from 6-9pm (Rain date: Thursday, August 10th) on the Rooftop Terrace of Charles and Co., 201 Montgomery St, Jersey City, NJ.  Tickets are $45 in advance and $50 at the door.

Art House Productions is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to the development and presentation of the performing and visual arts in Jersey City, NJ.
