Rock On! This Week's Sound Bites...10/31/24

by Danny Coleman - published 2024-10-31

"It's a song on the album with the same title that I wrote with a dear friend of mine named Joe Stark,"  says Marc Broussard about his recently released album, "Time is a Thief," It's a song about exactly that, time is gonna teach you lessons if you're not prepared to pay attention, it will force you to pay attention. I think, as a 42 year old man now, that sentiment is definitely much more fresh for me than ever before."

by Danny Coleman - published 2024-10-24

"Just a couple of changes," states Otis front man Boone Froggett, "When the pandemic hit, we only got to play maybe seven shows in 2020 and our original drummer decided that he wanted to stay home and do the family thing and our original guitar player decided he wanted to play bass for another rock band. So, that just left myself on vocals and guitar and co-founder John Seeley on bass. So, we brought in Dale Myers on drums and Alex Wells on guitar and started touring again in 2023."
