The 2021 Grand Harvest Wine Festival Takes Place October 9-10 In Morristown

(MORRISTOWN, NJ) -- The 2021 Grand Harvest Wine Festival will take place October 9-10 at Fosterfields Living Historical Farm from noon to 5:00pm each day.  There will be wine sampling from 11 wineries, live entertainment, food vendors, and artisan crafters to check out.  Live music will be provided by The Uptown Getdowns on October 9 and Funktion Band on October 10.

Featured Wineries include: Cedar Rose VineyardsDiMatteo VineyardsPlagido’s Winery, Salem Oak VineyardsTerra Nonno WineryTomasello WineryValenzano WineryVillari VineyardsVilla Milagro VineyardsWagonhouse Winery, and The Vintner’s Wife.

Food vendors include: Ms Fu’s Yummy Food Truck, Nomad Pizza, Meat Wagon, Kierstens Creations, and Mexi-Flip Taco Truck.

Artisan Crafters include: Magical Scentaments, House of Cork, Made 2 Love It, Carolyn's Crystal Creations, Touchstone Crystals, Wine Bling Shop, Gail Adams Jewelry, Cynful Bliss, The Bacon Jams, Keystone Farms, The Hangover Pretzel Company, Jerky James, Celtic Chairde, Sherri’s Scarves, and It’s All About You.

Tickets for Samplers (must be 21+) are $20 Advance / $25 at the Gate (cash only). Full price Admission includes wrist band, souvenir wine glass, sampling & sales of many New Jersey wines. Advance tickets are available for purchase online. Tickets for Non-Samplers (21+) are $5 at the Gate (cash only). Under 21 are admitted for free. Note: at this time there are no activities being offered for kids. Due to some lingering health & safety concerns it has been determined that activities for children should not be offered yet at the wine festivals.

The health and safety of festival attendees is their top priority. Individuals who have tested positive or have been deemed presumptively positive with Coronavirus; sought coronavirus testing but have not received results; been informed that they may have been exposed to Coronavirus or have experienced any symptoms of Coronavirus should not purchase a ticket nor attend the festival.

There is no guarantee that you will not be exposed to Coronavirus by attending the festival. By coming to the festival you acknowledge and agree that you assume the inherent risks associated with attendance. By purchasing a ticket and attending the festival you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to abide by this policy.

Fosterfields Living Historical Farm is located at 73 Kahdena Road in Morristown, New Jersey.  Gates open at 11:30am.

Is there an admission price?
Yes- Tickets are $20 in advance or $25 at the gate. Advance tickets are available online. Day of festival tickets available at the gate (cash only). Admission into the festival includes a wristband and a wine glass for sampling. You must be 21+ to purchase an Admission Ticket. Any one 21 and over that is NOT sampling is $5 at the gate (cash only). Any one under 21 is FREE. Please note that once you pay the admission fee and receive your wristband and glass – no refunds will be given.

I am not sampling–do I still have to pay the admission price?
Any one 21 and over that is NOT sampling is $5 at the gate (cash only). You must indicate you are NOT sampling upon entry.

Is there an admission price for Kids or those under 21?
Anyone under 21 of age is admitted FREE to this festival.

When and where can I buy tickets?
Tickets can be purchased IN ADVANCE of the festival for the discounted rate of $20 online through 11:59pm on Friday, October 8th. Tickets can be purchased through our on line ticketing service via this web site on both days of the festival for the full admission price of $25. Online service charge of $2.00 will be applied. Please make sure to print your tickets in advance. Tickets will be available for sale at the Admissions Tent for $25 from 11:30 am until 4:30 pm each event day (CASH ONLY at the Admissions Tent). Advance Tickets are valid either Saturday or Sunday.

Do you accept Credit Cards?
Majority of the wineries accept credit cards for purchase of wine by the bottle and/or case. Credit Cards are not accepted at the festival for purchasing your wristband and wine glass for sampling. Credit Cards are accepted for on line purchase of festival tickets via this web site.

Are coolers and outside food/alcohol allowed at the festival?
Picnic baskets and outside coolers are permitted at the festival however NO outside alcohol is allowed. We will ask you to have your coolers open so we can check for any outside alcohol.

Can you open purchased bottles of wine at the festival?
Yes-you are welcome to open purchased bottles of wine from the festival and enjoy them within the festival grounds. Please note that no open containers are permitted beyond the festival grounds.

Will there be food available?
Food and beverages (non-alcoholic) will be available for purchase at the festival.  

Is there a parking fee?
No-parking is free at this venue.

What is there besides wine?
The festival features a live band stage with performances each day by some of the very best regional bands. Make sure to also take time to stroll our artisan crafter area for wonderful hand made items, marinades, culinary treats and wine related items.

Can I bring an umbrella or tent?
YES-Pop-up style tents and large beach or patio style umbrellas are ARE PERMITTED FOR THIS FESTIVAL in order to assist with social distancing. In order to have a pop-up tent or umbrella you MUST have stakes and weights to secure the tent from wind.   The festival organizer has the right to require you to remove the pop-up tent or umbrella should it be deemed dangerous in any way.

What can I bring?
Blankets, camping or beach chairs, camping or portable tables, etc are all permitted.

Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed. Assisting animals are permitted however you must provide proof.
