Halfway To Halloween Celebration To Take Place May 14-15 In Flemington

(FLEMINGTON, NJ) -- Stage Stars Productions presents a halfway to Halloween celebration featuring a concert by The Wag, screening of The Rocky Horror Picture Show film, a costume contest, and after party on Friday, May 14th and Saturday, May 15th at Schaefer Farms. Doors/dinner begins at 7:00pm, entertainment at 8:00pm.  A portion of the proceeds will benefit Casting For Recovery.

This is a Farm To Fork event. Come for dinner and choose Dr. Frank-N-Furter's Hot Dog, Eddie's Meatloaf, or any of their other creative selections! The event is BYOB. Tickets start at $10.  Dinner will be available at an additional charge.  After party tickets are sold separately. Audience participation bags and fan merchandise are available at an additional charge.

Tickets are available for purchase online.  Packages include grass seating with participation bag for $20 or a preferred picnic table page (seating plus participation bags for up to six people) for $110 - just the preferred picnic table seating for 6 is also available for $75.

In the event the venue cancels an event, you will be refunded within 4 business days of the event date for your purchase.

Schaefer Farms is located at 1051 County Road 523 in Flemington, New Jersey.

Casting For Recovery is a 501c3 Non profit organization that provides healing outdoor retreats for women with breast cancer, at no cost to the participants. CfR’s retreats offer opportunities for women to find inspiration, discover renewed energy for life, and experience healing connections with other women and nature. The retreats are open to women with breast cancer of all ages, in all stages of treatment and recovery. For over 20 years, women from all walks of life have benefited from CfR’s inspiring program model.

 

Q: What happens if it rains?

A: If it rains during the day they still plan to have the event in the evening. Don’t wear shoes you are afraid to get mud on! If it rains during the event they will continue if at all possible. If the event is completely rained out, they will have a rain day on Sunday the 16th. All tickets will automatically be transferred. If you cannot attend on the 16th, you will be refunded.

 

Q: Well tickets be available at the door?

A: Yes, but with an additional door charge of five dollars - $5.00 for each ticket. The door charge is not negotiable.

Q: Will participation bags be available at the event if you do not order them ahead of time?

A: Yes, but they will be limited and they cannot guarantee there will be enough bags available for everyone the day of so they suggest if you want one, you get one ahead of time. The bags are $10 each.

 

Q: If we do not order a dinner ticket, will we still be able to order food at the event?

A: Yes. But ordering the food ahead of time gives you a discount.
