originally published: 12/01/2020

(JERSEY CITY, NJ) -- OpenRoad Poetry TM (NJ) has announced the launch of its new brand campaign, a poetic collaboration and a platform for artists to network and share their work. The relaunch is underscored by the brand's new logo, created by Wyse Rodriguez of Wycked Wyse Productions and Soulful Cypher (Jersey City, NJ), and their motto, “A Poetic Road of Limitless Possibilities:” an ode to poetry and the poetic arts.

Founders Crystal Letters and Rescue Poetix  emphasized that OpenRoad Poetry is committed to empowering artists through boundless possibilities to achieve their artistic goals. For the first time, OpenRoad Poetry is promoting its brand relaunch with local media and market activations into the new fiscal year.

“OpenRoad Poetry™ is the foundation of the shared vision of Crystal and my belief that the Arts is an essential component in everyday life. Art surrounds us and the possibilities to engage are limitless. Each and every part of our lives is a component of the greater canvas and to live artistically means to embrace the priceless contributions of art. Our premier year has been an exciting adventure of growth and expansion for us and we are excited to open a new road into the unknown.” - RescuePoetix ™

OpenRoad Poetry™ was born in January 2020 and blossomed into a partnership between fellow Jersey City Poets, Rescue Poetix™ and Crystal Letters™. “It’s through collaborations with artists and arts organizations that we are able to build strong. Our sister organization, In Full Color: Empowering Women of Color, is a prime example on how powerful collaborations are. It’s with and through the strength of missions like IFC that we are able to develop and create connections, learn new skills and work together to reach a broader audience.”  - RescuePoetix ™

OpenRoad Poetry’s brand relaunch explodes into the digital world with the launch of a brand new website, logo redesign, and services available to artists, poets, and collaborators from all artistic walks of life, arts organizations, nonprofit and for-profit organizations. OpenRoad Poetry™ is accepting service proposals for virtual events and projects. ORP looks to establish formal collaborations with dynamic creatives to build on ORP’s growing digital audience and  explore “A Poetic Road of Limitless Possibilities.”

“OpenRoad Poetry seeks to empower poets and artists by continuing to work with arts communities local and beyond. One year later, I am proud to be a partner of OpenRoad Poetry and I’m looking forward to where it will take us. In times like these, the digital world can seem daunting and overwhelming, but here at OpenRoad Poetry, we can do it together. There’s a consistent sense of compassion through collaboration. Once you collaborate with us, you’ll understand,” - Crystal Davis, Founder of Crystal Letters LLC.

ORP’s brand relaunch also includes its brand-new website which features the ORP’s current services,  history, past events, and projects.
