Paper Mill Playhouse Announces 2020-2021 Season

(MILLBURN, NJ) -- Paper Mill Playhouse Producing Artistic Director Mark S. Hoebee and Managing Director Michael Stotts have announced the lineup for its 2020-2021 season. Amid much concern over the current Coronavirus and its impact locally and around the world, Paper Mill Playhouse looks forward to opening its doors to audiences for a season of healing, of laughter, and of joy.


Centenary Stage Company Issues Update On May and June Events

(HACKETTSTOWN, NJ)  Centenary Stage Company closed its physical office this past Saturday, March 21 after Governor Phil Murphy declared all nonessential New Jersey businesses to close at 9:00 pm that evening. CSC was able to quickly adjust to the “work for home” format and patrons needing assist are encouraged to communicate via email at boxofficeatcentenarystageco.org, through social media messaging or though the website at www.centenarystageco.org.

"Cruel and Unusual Therapy," A Short PG-Rated "Sex" Comedy, to Screen at Garden State Film Festival

“Seeing a therapist is hard. Breaking up with one is harder.” – This is the tag line for the short independent film Cruel and Unusual Therapy, written and directed by Gina Marie Rodriguez. The film is set to screen at the Garden State Film Festival’s LIVE STREAM on Saturday, March 28 at 6:15pm alongside eight more short films.  In the midst of a global quarantine, the festival is offering their full schedule for ticketholders from the comfort of their homes.

McCarter Theatre Center Cancels All Performances Through June 30

(PRINCETON, NJ) -- In response to the continuing situation regarding COVID-19 (coronavirus), McCarter Theatre Center has announced the cancelation of all performances and events through June 30, effective immediately. The full production run of Nathan Alan Davis’ The Refuge Plays, all scheduled Presented Series events for the rest of the season including the Jazz in June Festival, and 2020 Gala featuring Michael Feinstein are affected. McCarter administrative offices and production shops will remain closed for the time being and the remaining staff will continue to work remotely.
