Comedian Hasan Minhaj To Perform At Two River Theater August 26-29

(RED BANK, NJ) -- Award-winning comedian Hasan Minhaj showcases and prepares new material for his new one man show in an intimate setting. The global success of his Netflix comedy special “Homecoming King” garnered rave reviews and won a 2018 Peabody Award. “Experiment Time” will run for six shows only from August 26-29, 2021. This marks the theater’s first return to indoor performances in the Rechnitz Theater since March of 2020.


The Town Hall Presents Law & Disorder: An Evening With Comedian Eli Castro on November 27th

(NEW YORK, NY) -- The Town Hall presents Law & Disorder: An Evening With Comedian Eli Castro on Saturday, November 27, 2021 at 8:00pm.  One of the most innovative comedians around, Castro uses language and culture to create humor that appeals to audiences of all ages. He has written and performed eight one man shows including “Made in Puerto Rico”; and most recently, “Words Cannot Explain.” 


NJPAC Presents Tom Segura On April 1st

(NEWARK, NJ) -- New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC) welcomes Tom Segura to Newark on Friday, April 1, 2022 at 7:30pm. The actor / comedian/ writer, Segura is one of the biggest names in the comedy business.  He recently performed to sold-out audiences on his 100+ city TAKE IT DOWN TOUR. He is best known for his Netflix specials, Ball Hog (2020), Disgraceful (2018), Mostly Stories (2016), and Completely Normal (2014).


Newton Theatre Presents Vic DiBitetto October 29-30

(NEWTON, NJ) -- His pace is frenetic. He holds no hostages. He says what you are thinking but are afraid to say out loud. The bottom line is this: Wear adult diapers if you are going to see Vic DiBitetto perform live. The popular comedian returns to The Newton Theatre for shows on Friday, October 29th and Saturday, October 30th - both nights at 8:00pm.

New Parent Smell

What happens when a pair of professional stand-up comedians become new parents? Jokes in their set are bound to be influenced by parenting and may become harder hitting between the spouses.  When Rutgers alum Ben Rosenfeld and his wife Michelle Slonim Rosenfeld found themselves in that situation, the jokes led to an illustrated guide to pregnancy and parenting that is very different from your usual baby books.
