Tonewall "Standing Room Only"

Thursday, December 01, 2022 @ 8:00pm

Berrie Center for the Arts, Ramapo College of NJ
505 Ramapo Valley Rd, Mahwah, NJ, 07430

TONEWALL presents “Standing Room Only”: Not only a fun concert and the electrifying energy of a packed house, it’s also a call to action—to stand with the LGBTQ+ community as a member or ally. Performing songs by knock-out artists like Lizzo, Queen, Twenty-One Pilots and Miley Cyrus, and queer favorites Betty Who, Emeli Sandé, Alex Newell and Shea Diamond, Standing Room Only covers the music to get you on your feet AND asks, “what do YOU stand for…”

Tonewall is the super-charismatic queer a cappella band of the New York City Gay Men’s Chorus. With their award-winning arranging and choreography they entertain audiences with uplifting anthems, classic tunes, and sexy hits from today’s artists while promoting diversity, LGBTQA+ inclusion and social equality. Audiences are invited to stay for a meet ‘n’ greet with the group after the show! Co-sponsored with RCNJ Women’s Center & LGBTQ+ Services.

Adults: $35/32/25   Children under 17: $18   RCNJ Faculty/Staff/Retirees: $20*  RCNJ Students: $ 8*

*Ticket limits apply. In order to receive the RCNJ Faculty/Staff/Retiree or RCNJ Student Discount, you MUST come to the Box Office to purchase your ticket.
