The hilarious Sassy Mamas takes a look at "cougars" searching for love – or something close to it – from a black woman's perspective. As all three professional women consider younger mates, the play delves into what makes us, as humans, collectively, happy. You will love these women and live and learn with them. Sassy Mamas, which is also about female empowerment, was named Best Play at the 2017 Broadway World Regional Awards and it won three NAACP Theatre Awards.
Come cheer, laugh and hoot and holla with these newly branded cougars and their hot young hunks as they all fumble their way around the intricate maze of love!
Sassy Mamas features Tracie Ashe, Lorraine Stone, Daneen Wyche, Akil Billy, Antonio Johnson and Travis Whitaker.
