Enjoy timeless songs from Mary Poppins, The Lion King, Aladdin, The Little Mermaid and more of your favorite Disney films at this multimedia concert from brothers Will and Anthony Nunziata, a dream team The Huffington Post describes as “a nearly impossible pairing of talent, stage presence and charisma.”
With Disney and the Boys, these acclaimed entertainers will take a magical ride through the music and stories behind your favorite Disney songs, many from the songwriting team of the Sherman Brothers — or, as Walt Disney himself called them, “the boys.” Approved by Disney Theatrical Group, this event will include rare footage from the Disney archives along with fresh takes on classic songs like “It’s a Small World,” “Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious,” “Chim Chim Cher-ee,” “Circle of Life,” “A Whole New World,” and many more, all seasoned with sing-along opportunities and special on-stage participation.
In recent years, Will and Anthony Nunziata have become two of the most sought-after young entertainers in the nation. These Brooklyn-born, classically trained singers and comedians have headlined major performing arts centers, theaters and concert halls across the country and around the world, including two recent, sold-out concerts at Carnegie Hall with the New York Pops.
The American Song series at NJPAC is presented, in part, through the generous support of the Blanche and Irving Laurie Foundation, the David S. Steiner and Sylvia Steiner Charitable Trust, and the Joan and Allen Bildner Family Fund.
