DJ Cassidy to Kick Off "Pass The Mic" tour at Prudential Center

(NEWARK, NJ) -- DJ Cassidy will take his highly lauded primetime television series "Pass The Mic" on tour in 2023 in partnership with Black Promoters Collective. "DJ Cassidy's Pass the Mic Live!" Tour kicks off on Friday, May 12th at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey, with an epic lineup including Ashanti, Fabolous, Ja Rule, Lil Kim, Ma$e, Ne-Yo, Robin Thicke, 112, and a slew of exciting surprise guests. The debut show, brought to you by SJ Presents' "Mother's Day Good Music Festival," will be the first in a series of one-night-only events taking place throughout the year, each with its own unique roster of superstar performers.

Scottish Rite Auditorium presents Marshall Charloff & The Purple Xperience

(COLLINGSWOOD, NJ) -- Scottish Rite Auditorium presents Marshall Charloff & The Purple Xperience on Friday, January 12, 2024 at 8:00pm. This is the most celebrated tribute to Prince in the world. The group was co-founded by Marshall and Matt "Doctor" Fink (keyboardist from Prince & The Revolution) in 2011, an era where Prince closely monitored the use of his art. Their vision was to deliver Prince's music on the highest level, played live and untracked by skilled musicians while paying respectful visual homage through costuming and likeness.

Centenary Stage Company presents Divas of Soul starring CeCe Teneal

(HACKETTSTOWN, NJ) -- Divas of Soul starring CeCe Teneal will be coming to Centenary Stage Company on March 18 at 8:00pm. This performance will take place in The Sitnik Theatre of the Lackland Performing Arts Center on the campus of Centenary University at 715 Grand Avenue, Hackettstown, NJ. Centenary Stage Company welcomes CeCe Teneal back to the Sitnik Stage with her new show. CSC patrons may recognize Teneal from her performance at CSC's 2021 Curtain Up! Gala which featured her show Portrait of a Queen.

Chris Rockwell Collective presents: Hello Nasty 25th Anniversary - A Tribute to Beastie Boys

You read that correctly. It's been twenty five years since the now Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductees released their seminal album Hello Nasty, which not only went multi-platinum internationally, but took home two trophies at the 41st Grammy Awards. A landmark for alternative music, Hello Nasty blended genres and bridged two eras of music together. And all of this is being celebrated live on stage March 31st at House of Independents in Asbury Park.

The Newton Theatre presents Ashley McBryde with Harper O'Neill

(NEWTON, NJ) -- The Newton Theatre presents Ashley McBryde with Harper O'Neill on Friday, May 19, 2023 at 8:00pm. GRAMMY, CMA and ACM award winner Ashley McBryde cut her teeth playing country songs in rural biker bars – and it shows.
