The first time I saw Juliana Frangella perform on stage she was opening for a Mike Montrey record release show at the Belmar Arts Center. I loved the way she looked like the girl next door, but sang lyrics that were completely unexpected. It was clear there was more to this artist beneath the surface. She's been releasing singles from her upcoming album, Fantastic Funeral, which has a rock side and a folk side, and I reached out to her to learn more.
The Philly Specials are Dreaming Of A White Christmas

(PHILADELPHIA, PA) -- Jason Kelce, Lane Johnson, and Jordan Malata, team up as they present a music video for the very first song they recorded in 2022, "White Christmas." In the spirit of the season, The Philly Specials worked with local creators, Big Howl and Carol Cleveland Sings to create a magical, snow filled scene, where players and puppets alike celebrate the holiday season with singing, dancing, and even a snowball fight.

Albert Music Hall presents Annual Homeplace Show: The Sounds of the Jersey Pines on Saturday

(WARETOWN, NJ) -- On Saturday, November 15, 2025, the annual Homeplace Show will take place at Albert Music Hall, featuring traditional "Sounds of the Jersey Pines." The name of the show originates from weekly jam sessions once held at the Albert brothers’ cabin—affectionately known as the Homeplace by those who played there. These gatherings drew crowds from near and far, including both musicians and music enthusiasts who came to listen or sing along. Over time, they inspired the founding of Albert Music Hall and the Pinelands Cultural Society.

Limerick-born, New-Jersey based roots artist Helen O'Shea will release new single 'Caged Birds' on November 21, 2025, featuring acclaimed artist and songwriter Liam Ó'Maonlaí of Hothouse Flowers. The single is the fourth release from her upcoming album Songs In The Key of O, which pays homage to Sinéad O'Connor and Dolores O'Riordan (The Cranberries), and is due for release on March 6th, 2026.
