State Champs releases "Eventually"
(ALBANY, NY) -- State Champs has released their newest single and music video “Eventually”. On the surface the track seems to tell a story about a conflict between two separate individuals, but in reality, it tells the all-too-familiar story of a mental and physical battle within one person. Paired with a music video filled with behind-the-scenes footage, the dynamic track finds State Champs at the top of their game.
David Newbould to Release "Power Up!
(NASHVILLE, TN) -- David Newbould finds his musical calling deep inside his road-weary soul. Since kickstarting his career with 2007's Big Red Sun, he's made his mark as a heartland roots-rocker, Americana artist, and amplified folksinger, writing songs that chart the ups and downs of a traveling adulthood spent mostly onstage. His fourth full-length studio album, Power Up!, is to be released June 10 on Blackbird Record Label. Soaked in the grease, grit, and guitar-driven swagger of rock ‘n’ roll, Power Up! underscores passionate messages of persistence and unshakeable survival.
Motor Sister releases "Right There, Just Like That"
Motor Sister has released their new single “Right There, Just Like That,” via Metal Blade Records. “To me this tune has a great nod to our early 70’s influences without it sounding trite,” shares bassist Joey Vera. “It sounds fresh and modern while still feeling familiar.”
The Long Hunt Shares "Threshold Wanderer" Full-Album Animated Short Film
'Threshold Wanderer' is the newest album by the Pittsburgh-based instrumental trio The Long Hunt, following 2017's 'Wilderness Tales' EP and 2018's 'All Paths Lead to Here' full-length. In contrast to the dry minimalism and sparse textures that defined the first two records, the songs on 'Threshold Wanderer' are often lush, dense, and verdant. Musical styles range from post-rock to post-metal, heavy psychedelic, doom, drone, and even a few hints of prog and classic rock. The band's latest release is all about musical exploration and traveling between worlds.
