The Bank Street Martyrs are a rock band who have been inspired by the people and the place to bring you the rhythm and blue collar sound of urban Scotland. "I Love You Molly Mandy" is the second single from the band's forthcoming second album, Dormitory Town.
Black Bouquet releases "Run and Hide"
Black Bouquet are a Raleigh, NC-based band that are readying the release of their debut album, Pray to the Knife. A six-piece band whose sound incorporates a number of genres, Black Bouquet has a base of My Chemical Romance or Killers-era emo with healthy doses of 80s guitar rock, new wave and goth/post punk, making them attractive to many types of music fans.
NJPAC to Host the Milt Hinton Institute for Studio Bass in July
(NEWARK, NJ) -- The New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC) will host the Milt Hinton Institute for Studio Bass, an exceptional summer music education program for teens, in residence at Montclair State University, in July 2024. Unique among music camps, the Hinton Institute is designed to support intermediate and advanced bass players ages 14 through 18, for a week of expert classes, performances, ensemble work, studio sessions, lectures, workshops and more.

2026-27 Season Preview: Split Level Concerts at Jersey Shore Arts Center
(OCEAN GROVE, NJ) -- Split Level Concerts at the Jersey Shore Arts Center (JSAC) in Ocean Grove has announced the full concert lineup for its third season. All shows will take place beginning at 8:00pm in JSAC's Palaia Theater. The season lineup includes Willie Nile, John Gorka, Dan Bern, Catie Curtis and Band, Stephen Kellogg, Abbie Gardner, Heather Maloney and Band, and Kim Richey. As they have done in prior years, artists from the Asbury Park music scene will open many of the shows.
