(LOS ANGELES, CA) -- The Story So Far will be hitting the road for a small run of headline tour dates this Fall. With support from The Frights, Hunny and Just Friends, the tour will kick off in San Diego on October 24th and travel through the Western half of the United States before wrapping up at a hometown show in Oakland, CA on November 9th.
The Story So Far is currently touring throughout Europe with international appearances at Openair, Rocco del Schlacko and Reading and Leeds Festivals before returning to the US for Riot Fest.
The band will be performing fan favorites from their storied career including tracks from their recent Pure Noise Records release, Proper Dose. The album shows the band taking bold creative leaps, finally making the record that they'd always wanted to. With praise from outlets like Highsnobiety, Billboard, NME, Kerrang!, New Noise Magazine and more, Proper Dose is one of the band's most successful records to date, landing Number 1 spots on both the Billboard's Top Rock Albums and Alternative Albums charts with over 67K in equivalent sales to date.
Aided by the mixing of Eric Valentine (Third Eye Blind, Queens Of The Stone Age), Proper Dose is about finding balance between the person you were and the person you wish to be, and it shows the band working to bridge that gap. It's a brave record, the kind that sees The Story So Far showing their fans just how far they've come and inviting them to go on the journey with them.
The Story So Far is Parker Cannon (Vocals), Kelen Capener (Bass), Kevin Geyer (Guitar/Vocals), William Levy (Guitar) and Ryan Torf (Drums).
