The Stone Pony to Host the Return of “A Very Asbury Holiday Show” on December 9th

(ASBURY PARK, NJ) -- The Asbury Park Music Foundation (APMF) will present the 3rd Annual “A Very Asbury Holiday Show” at the Stone Pony on December 9, 2021 at 7:00pm.  Layonne Holmes, Brian Kirk, Lisa Lowell, Patti Maloney, Michele Petri, and Eddie Testa will all join headliner Pat Roddy on the bill. Proceeds from the show directly benefit APMF and its mission. Just added to the show is Williams Honor.

Previous year’s sellout shows raised thousands of dollars for APMF’s youth music programs, scholarships, and live music initiatives. In addition, the show will again be a drop-off location for unwrapped gifts for local families in need.

“It’s my privilege to support the Asbury Park Music Foundation, which uses music as the foundation for the future success of under-resourced youth,” said headliner Pat Roddy. “It’s an honor to be a part of this tradition.” . Other musicians and friends will be announced in the coming weeks.

The Stone Pony is located at 913 Ocean Avenue in Asbury Park, New Jersey. Tickets are on sale online now for $27 and will also be available at the Stone Pony box office and the APMF table at the Asbury Fresh market on Saturdays at Kennedy Park. Tickets may also be purchased at the door for $32 on the night of the show.

APMF’s free Music Mondays summer concerts in Springwood Park, the Cookman Live series in the downtown business district, and AP Concert Band shows in Bradley Park are some of Asbury Park’s most popular and well-attended events, uniting the community and attracting visitors and residents from all over to town. They also invest in the future by offering life-changing music programs that provide under-served youth with confidence, discipline, and relationships that improve their future success and economic mobility.
