(PRINCETON, NJ) -- Princeton Makes, the Princeton based Art Cooperative, invites the community to a day dedicated to hands-on art making for all ages on Sunday, March 8, 2026 from 11:00am to 2:00pm at the new Princeton Makes store in the Princeton Shopping Center. The new store is located between Princeton Nassau Pediatrics and Rita's.
This special event focuses on the joy of creating together. Visitors of all ages are welcome to drop in and explore accessible, engaging art activities designed by Princeton Makes artists. Whether you come as a family, with friends, or on your own, you’ll have the opportunity to experiment with materials, try something new, and leave with something you’ve made yourself.
The event is relaxed and welcoming — no experience needed. Just bring your curiosity and a willingness to make art.
Refreshments will be served, along with large helpings of artistic inspiration and holiday cheer. This event is free and open to the public.
Princeton Makes is a cooperative comprised of 37 local artists who work across a range of artistic genres, including painting, drawing, stained glass, sculpture, textiles, and jewelry. Customers will be able to support local artists by shopping for a wide variety of art, including large paintings, prints, custom-made greeting cards, stained glass lamps and window hangings, jewelry in a variety of designs and patterns, and more.
