Players Guild of Leonia presents "The Psychic"

originally published: 02/12/2026

(LEONIA, NJ) -- The Players Guild of Leonia presents The Psychic by Sam Bobrick across three weekends from March 13-29, 2026. The production, directed by Terri Caust, takes you into a world where nothing is quite as it seems.

The Psychic follows the chaotic life of Adam Webster, a down-on-his-luck writer, who has put a sign in his apartment window, in despertation to make the rent: "Psychic Readings $25." The sign soon draws the interest of the lovely and conflicted Laura, her shady husband, Roy, Roy's mistress, Rita, a gangster named Johnny Bubbles, and ace Detective Norris Coslow.

This thrilling, fast-paced production brings together sharp wit, unexpected twists, and a cast of unforgettable characters—all caught in a mystery that keeps you guessing until the very end.

The cast includes Stavros Adamides (Adam), Corrine Greene (Laura), Ian Kenny (Roy), Marisa Gore (Rita), Chris Caira (Johnny), and Howell Mayer (Det. Coslow).

Performances take place Friday and Saturday nights at 8:00pm and Sunday matinees at 2:00pm. Tickets are available for purchase online. The theater is located at 130 Grand Avenue in Leonia, New Jersey.
