(PENNSAUKEN, NJ) -- A new flavor is charging into South Jersey. The Raging Bull, located at 6007 Mansion Boulevard in Pennsauken, is officially opening its doors on Friday, October 3, 2025, bringing an elevated and uncompromising take on cheesesteaks, smash burgers and hand-spun milkshakes just minutes from Philadelphia.
Restaurateur Eric Adili will celebrate the grand opening with a giveaway of 50 cheesesteaks starting at 11:00am and 50 smashburgers starting at 4:00pm. Notable menu items include Buffalo Cheesesteak with brined and shaved chicken, The Raging Bull Cheesesteak with Cooper Sharp Whiz, Chipotle Mayo and Roasted Long Hots, The Oklahoma smash burger with smashed thin sliced vidalia onions, and for the Phils, The Red Hot October with thin sliced vidalia onions, jalapenos, bully burger sauce, lettuce, tomato and yellow cooper sharp American.
With its central South Jersey location minutes from both the Benjamin Franklin Bridge and Cherry Hill Mall, and Adilili's commitment to using fresh, locally sourced ingredients, The Raging Bull aims to become a new staple for residents, professionals, and travelers alike.

"Our goal is simple: use the highest quality ingredients, prepare everything fresh, and never cut corners," said owner Eric Adili. "When you're paying for a ribeye cheesesteak, you should taste the difference. Every ribeye is sliced fresh daily, every chicken steak is brined and shaved in-house, and every fry is crisped in beef tallow for unbeatable flavor."
The Raging Bull is located at 6007 Mansion Blvd in Pennsauken, New Jersey. The restaurant's grand opening is Friday, October 3, 2025 and they will be offering (11:00am) a free 6-inch cheesesteak for the first 50 guests (while supplies last) and (4:00pm) a free classic single smash burger for first 50 guests (while supplies last). Regular hours for the restaurant are Tuesday – Saturday from 11:00am – 8:00pm.
BACK-TO-BASICS APPROACH
The Raging Bull is designed as a fast-casual concept for lunch, dinner, take-out, dine-in, and delivery. The menu is deliberately simple yet packed with bold flavor, anchored by three signature categories:
Cheesesteaks – Featuring hand-trimmed ribeye shaved daily and served on seeded Liscio's rolls, with cheese options including Cooper Sharp, Whiz, and Provolone. Variations include the classic Cheesesteak, Pizza Steak, Cheesesteak Hoagie, and signature creations such as The Raging Bull (ribeye, Cooper Sharp Whiz, chipotle mayo, and roasted Italian long hots) and The Raging Rooster (house-brined chicken steak, honey sriracha, ranch, jalapeños, bacon, and Cooper Sharp American).
Smash Burgers – Made with Schweid & Sons ground chuck and seared on a flat-top griddle for perfect crisp edges, served on Martin's potato rolls. Highlights include The Classic (mustard, onions, pickles, Cooper Sharp American), The Deluxe (lettuce, tomato, bacon, bully sauce, pickles, cheese), and The Oklahoma (thin-sliced onions seared into the patty).
Sides & Shakes – Fries and onion rings fried exclusively in 100% beef tallow, giving them a deep, beefy flavor without seed oils. Rich 16-ounce milkshakes come in flavors like Vanilla Bean, Cookies & Cream, rotating seasonal flavors such as Peach, plus a monthly milkshake special.

A FAMILY LEGACY CONTINUES
For Eric Adili, The Raging Bull is more than just a new restaurant - it's a continuation of decades-old family traditions rooted in South Jersey dining.
Eric grew up working alongside his father at Palumbo's in Cinnaminson and later at The Fat Tomato in Berlin, NJ. In 2018, Eric officially took over The Fat Tomato when his father retired due to illness. After his father's passing in 2020, Eric leaned on innovation to carry the family business forward, introducing online ordering and digital platforms that kept the restaurant alive during the challenges of the pandemic.
In 2023, he sold The Fat Tomato to start a new chapter. Following a period running a meal prep business, Eric realized his true passion was being back in the kitchen, face-to-face with customers, and building a new brand from scratch. That vision led to The Raging Bull.
"Restaurants are in my blood," said Adili. "I've spent my entire life in this business, and this is where I belong. I wanted to create a South Jersey–born brand that people can be proud of, one that supports local businesses, values quality, and feels like home for the community."

WHY THE RAGING BULL
The name pays homage to Eric's culinary past and future. Years ago, he created a menu item called the "Raging Rooster," which inspired his vision for a future hot chicken quick-service brand of the same name. The Raging Bull serves as its sibling brand, specializing in cheesesteaks, burgers, and fries. Together, the two concepts are envisioned as part of a growing family of South Jersey–born brands. Adili plans to open at least three to five more Raging Bull locations, and plans to open The Raging Rooster in coming months and years.
COMMUNITY FIRST - PARTNERSHIPS AND JOBS
From the start, The Raging Bull is built on a commitment to community. The restaurant has partnered with Black-owned neighboring business next door The Juice Bar Juice Company, owned by entrepreneur Seth Amoah, to create exclusive fresh juice collaborations. The first offerings - Strawberry Lemonade and Raspberry Iced Tea - will be made fresh each morning just steps away from The Raging Bull's kitchen.
The restaurant also brings new jobs to Pennsauken, with up to four full-time and three part-time employees joining the team.
The newly renovated 1,600-square-foot space features new flooring, ceilings, custom wooden counters, updated kitchen equipment, TVs, custom artwork, and a welcoming 12-seat counter overlooking the windows and far wall.

WHY PENNSAUKEN AND SJ?
When scouting for a location in 2024, Eric discovered the vacant site previously home to Royal Indian Cuisine. With an existing hood system, strong visibility, and proximity to local businesses, it was an ideal fit for his new concept.
Situated just minutes from the Ben Franklin and Betsy Ross Bridges, The Raging Bull is easily accessible from both South Jersey neighborhoods and Philadelphia, offering delivery and take-out options for commuters, shoppers, and locals.
"Pennsauken is the perfect spot," said Adili. "We're close to everything - from Cherry Hill Mall to downtown Philly - but we're also part of a tight-knit local community. My goal is for The Raging Bull to be both a neighborhood favorite and a regional destination."
