(NEWTON, NJ) -- Tonight's the Night - a tribute band that celebrates the music of Rod Stewart - will perform at The Newton Theatre on Saturday, September 27, 2025 at 8:00pm.
In Tonight's the Night: Celebrating the Music & Legacy of Rod Stewart, singer Rob Caudill along with legendary drummer Carmine Appice and Stewart's former sax player Katja Rieckermann, lead an experience that accurately recreates the sound, excitement and fun of a Rod Stewart concert.
Appice, original drummer of the rock group Vanilla Fudge, collaborated with Stewart for over seven years. Appice was right by Stewart’s side during crucial years and co-wrote hits like “Do Ya Think I’m Sexy” and “Young Turks”.
Caudill is a dead-on Stewart impersonator with the look, the voice and the moves. A typical Tonight’s the Night set includes hits "Maggie May”, "Hot Legs”, "Rhythm of My Heart”, "Forever Young”, "Have I Told You Lately That I Love You”, "Tonight’s the Night”, "Sailing” and more!
Talented, attractive and sexy, Katja Rieckermann truly is a "Horn Star." Born and raised in Luebeck, a small town in the north of Germany, she moved to Hamburg to study music. Restless and looking for a challenge, she eventually made it to Hollywood, California, the starting point of so many successful careers. One of Katja's first high-profile performances was with the rock band Scorpions in 1997, followed by a guest appearance with the Canadian rock band Saga.
Tickets range from $58 - $80 and are available for purchase online. The Newton Theatre is located at 234 Spring Street in Newton, New Jersey.
