Renowned for performances brimming with captivating rhythms and dazzling costumes, the iconic Ballet Folklórico de Mexico brings together the music and dance of Mexican folklore from pre-Colombian civilizations through the modern era. Founded in 1952 by the late dancer and choreographer Amalia Hernández, Ballet Folklórico de Mexico is composed of 76 folk dancers who have performed extensively across Mexico and abroad.
