New Jersey Stage offers previews of concerts throughout the Garden State as well as select shows in New York City and Philadelphia areas. Click on the title to go to the full preview. Friday, June 27 - From Good Homes to Perform Benefit Show for The Growing Stage. (NETCONG, NJ) -- From Good Homes, the beloved NJ band known for their unique blend of rock, folk, and jam-band vibes, is appearing for a one-night-only event on Friday, June 27, 2025 at The Historic Palace Theatre in Netcong. The benefit is to support the mission of The Growing Stage – The Children's Theatre of New Jersey to bring the magic of the arts to young audiences. Showtime is 8:00pm

Friday, June 27 - Lizzie Rose Music Room presents Lil Ed & The Blues Imperials on Friday. (TUCKERTON, NJ) -- Lizzie Rose Music Room presents Lil Ed & The Blues Imperials on Friday, June 27, 2025. Night after night, gig after riotous gig, this band brings their big, dynamic Chicago blues sound to fans across the country and around the world. Doors are at 7:00pm, showtime is 7:30pm.

Sunday, June 29 - Middletown Arts Center presents MAC Music Café on June 29th. (MIDDLETOWN, NJ) -- The Middletown Arts Center presents the MAC Music Café, a monthly showcase of the area's talented musicians on Sunday, June 29, 2025 from 4:00pm-6:00pm. June's singer-songwriter lineup features Michael Askin, Jerry Smith, Debbie Gangemi and Tom Flynn. The concert will take place in the MAC Theater. The event is FREE (with a suggested donation of $5).

Tuesday, June 24 - Music Under the Stars! New Jersey Symphony Performs at Ocean County College on June 24th. (TOMS RIVER, NJ) -- The Ocean County College Foundation presents a concert by the New Jersey Symphony on Tuesday, June 24, 2025. This family-friendly program is open to the public, and admission and parking are free of charge. Showtime is 8:00pm. Note: the concert was originally scheduled to be outside, but has been moved indoors to the Health & Human Performance Center Gymnasium on the OCC campus due to the heat.

Wednesday, June 25 - Sounds of a Summer Night: Music, Nature, and Community in Concert at Reeves-Reed Arboretum. (SUMMIT, NJ) -- Bring your blankets, lawn chairs, and picnic baskets to Reeves-Reed Arboretum and celebrate summer with their 2025 concert series, Sounds of a Summer Night! All performances will be held on select Wednesday evenings on the grounds of this non-profit public garden located in Summit.

Wednesday, June 25 - Ocean County Library presents RB Express. (TOMS RIVER, NJ) -- Slip into summer on a good note – actually, a concert full of good notes, sung by Ocean County's own RB Express. The vocal quartet will perform your favorites from the '50s through the '90s at the Ocean County Library, Toms River Branch on Wednesday, June 25, 2025. Showtime is 6:30pm.

Wednesday, June 25 - Middlesex County hosts an Evening of Music with the New Jersey Symphony at Raritan Bay Waterfront Park. (SOUTH AMBOY, NJ) -- Experience the sounds of the New Jersey Symphony under the stars at Raritan Bay Waterfront Park on Wednesday, June 25, 2025 from 6:00pm–9:30pm. This family-friendly event is open to the public.

Thursday, June 26 - "Tracks II: The Lost Albums" Advance Listening Session at Monmouth University. (WEST LONG BRANCH, NJ) -- You can join the Bruce Springsteen Archives & Center for American Music for an advance listen to selections from Tracks II: The Lost Albums on Thursday, June 26, 2025 at Lauren K. Woods Theatre. The session will be moderated and curated by radio personalities Tom Cunningham and Rich Russo. It is free and open to the public, but registration is required. The event is expected to last about 2 hours.

Friday, June 27 - Songwriters by the Sea comes to SOPAC with Vonda Shepard, Nicole Atkins, Jake Thistle, Joe D'Urso, and Joe Rapolla. (SOUTH ORANGE, NJ) -- Joe D'Urso and Joe Rapolla bring their Songwriters by the Sea series to the South Orange Performing Arts Center (SOPAC) on Friday, June 27, 2025 at 7:30pm. Joining them will be Vonda Shepard, Nicole Atkins, and Jake Thistle.

Friday, June 27 - 2025 Horizon Sounds of the City at NJPAC. (NEWARK, NJ) -- For almost 30 years, Horizon Sounds of the City has attracted thousands of fans to New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC)'s Chambers Plaza for Newark's largest outdoor dance party. Each performance feels like a festival thanks to the weekly presence of food trucks, sponsor giveaways and resource tables run by healthcare organizations and Newark nonprofits.

Friday, June 27 - 2025 Rock, Ribs, and Ridges Festival to Take Place in Augusta June 27-29. (AUGUSTA, NJ) -- The Rock, Ribs, and Ridges Festival, a weekend of the best in southern/classic rock bands and finger-licking barbecue and fixin's, will take place June 27-29, 2025 at the Sussex County Fairgrounds. Headliners include Orleans (Friday night), Grand Funk Railroad (Saturday night), and George Thorogood and the Destroyers (Sunday night).

Saturday, June 28 - Hard Rock Live at Etess Arena presents Jackson Browne. (ATLANTIC CITY, NJ) -- Legendary singer-songwriter Jackson Browne is bringing his timeless hits to Hard Rock Live at Etess Arena in Atlantic City on June 28, 2025. With a career spanning decades, Browne is known for iconic songs like Running on Empty, Doctor My Eyes, and Somebody’s Baby. Showtime is 8:00pm.

Saturday, June 28 - Pete Rodríguez to Perform Shows in Princeton and Red Bank. (PRINCETON, NJ) -- Triumph Brewery and Restaurant presents two back-to-back nights of dynamic original music featuring acclaimed jazz trumpeter and composer Pete Rodríguez.

Saturday, June 28 - Middlesex County's FolkLIVE: Gospel Music Festival Returns with Headliners Fred Hammond and Kierra Sheard. (NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ) -- Get ready to experience an uplifting celebration of gospel music at Middlesex County’s second annual FolkLIVE: Gospel Music Festival, featuring Grammy Award-winning artist Fred Hammond and Grammy Award-nominated artist Kierra Sheard, along with a lineup of rising local talent on Saturday, June 28, 2025 at Monument Square Park. The event runs from 2:00pm–6:00pm and takes place rain or shine.  Admission is free.

Sunday, June 29 - North to Shore Festival presents Gregory Porter at NJPAC. (NEWARK, NJ) -- As part of this summer's Prudential North to Shore Festival, smoother-than-silk 2X GRAMMY® winner Gregory Porter returns to the New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC) on Sunday, June 29, 2025 at 3:00pm. A vocalist whose rich baritone and masterful artistry have established him as one of the most important jazz voices of his generation, Porter brings his signature blend of jazz, soul, and gospel that has captivated audiences worldwide.

Sunday, June 29 - I Heart Horror & Hotrods Ice Cream Monster Jamboree to Take Place June 29th. (SAYREVILLE, NJ) -- The I Heart Horror & Hotrods Ice Cream Monster Jamboree rolls into VFW Post 4699 in Sayreville on Sunday, June 29, 2025 from 10:00am - 4:00pm — a spooky-cool mash-up of hotrods, horror, and hometown fun, all benefiting the Stars and Stripes Veterans Center of South Amboy. Admission is free.

Middlesex County's Free Concert Series Returns for 2025  Spend your summer evenings with us and enjoy free live music in one of the beautiful parks in Middlesex County during their annual Music-in-the-Park Series. Tyler, The Creator to Plays Shows in Philly/NY/NJ in July  (NEWARK, NJ) -- Tyler, The Creator announces a 2025 world tour in support of his forthcoming album CHROMAKOPIA. Promoted by AEG Presents, CHROMAKOPIA: THE WORLD TOUR will feature special guests Lil Yachty and Paris Texas and spans North America, Europe, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand over the course of 2025. Count Basie Center for the Arts presents Graham Nash  (RED BANK, NJ) -- Graham Nash, two-time Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductee and founding member of both the Hollies and Crosby, Stills & Nash, will perform at Count Basie Center for the Arts on Tuesday, July 8, 2025. 90.5 The Night Announces Songwriters on the Beach 2025 Lineup  (BRADLEY BEACH, NJ) -- 90.5 The Night, Brookdale Public Radio, has announced the return of Songwriters on the Beach, the popular free summer concert series held every Thursday evening on the Newark Avenue Beach in Bradley Beach. The 2025 season kicks off on July 10 and runs weekly through August 21.

Rick Springfield, John Waite, Wang Chung, and Paul Young to bring the "I Want My 80s Tour" to NJPAC  (NEWARK, NJ) -- Get ready to revive the spirit of the 1980s! Iconic rock star and eternal heartthrob Rick Springfield, a true emblem of the '80s music scene, is set to take the stage on Saturday, July 12, 2025 at New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC). Showtime is 7:00pm.

2025 Maplewoodstock Music and Art Festival to Take Place July 12-13  (MAPLEWOOD, NJ) -- The annual, free, two-day Maplewoodstock Music and Art Festival will take place the weekend of July 12-13, 2025. The Festival kicks off with music at noon and ends around 9:30pm each night. Ozomatli from Los Angeles headlines the festival on Sunday night. Boston-based Couch will close out Saturday night, preceded by New York’s The Big Takeover.

Young the Giant to Play Tropicana Atlantic City  (ATLANTIC CITY, NJ) -- Critically-acclaimed, multi-platinum selling band Young the Giant announces the In The Open 2025 Acoustic Tour. An intimate concert experience performed in beautiful spaces and venues around the country, the band will be supported by Cassandra Coleman (debut album produced by Jack Antonoff out June 6 via Warner) throughout. Locally, the tour comes to Tropicana Atlantic City on Saturday, July 12, 2025.

West Windsor Arts presents Summer Music and More: Channel Collective  (PRINCETON JUNCTION, NJ) -- West Windsor Arts presents Channel Collective on Saturday, July 12, 2025 from 5:00pm to 7:30pm. Dan Kassel and Friends, featuring Gregg Merkle, will open the night. This is the first of three in their free summer concert series sponsored by Site Centers. Admission is free.

Prudential Center presents Keyshia Cole  (NEWARK, NJ) -- Two decades after her breakthrough debut album changed the R&B game, Keyshia Cole is taking it back to where it all started. The Grammy-nominated singer, songwriter, and "Princess of Hip-Hop and R&B" has officially announced The Way It Is 20th Anniversary Tour, presented by AEG Presents and Free Lunch. The tour comes to the Prudential Center in Newark on Sunday, July 13, 2025 with Tink and Wale.
