Thursday, July 3 - An Interview with Tim Palmieri of Lotus who plays at Heuser Park in King of Prussia, PA. Lotus was founded between 1998-1999 at Goshen College in Goshen, IN. Now based out of Dever, Colorado and Philadelphia, PA primarily, Lotus continues to bloom as a premiere jamtronica band for over the past 25 years. In 2021, founding member and longtime guitarist, Micheal Rempel left Lotus ushering in new guitarist, Tim Palmieri.

Saturday, July 5 - Twisted Livin' to return to Lizzie Rose Music Room in July and August. (TUCKERTON, NJ) -- Twisted Livin', New Jersey's emerging blues-rock contenders who continue their ascension to becoming one of the best new groups to emerge from the Jersey Shore, return "by popular demand" to one of the area's premiere music venues, Lizzie Rose Music Room, for two big shows: Saturday, July 5 (performing with Blues People) and then again on Thursday, August 7, when they'll headline the highly-regarded Tuckerton-based venue.

Wednesday, July 2 - Middlesex County's Free Concert Series Returns for 2025. Spend your summer evenings with us and enjoy free live music in one of the beautiful parks in Middlesex County during their annual Music-in-the-Park Series. All you need is your favorite lawn chair and your love of the arts. Concerts take place at Raritan Bay Waterfront Park in South Amboy; Thompson Park in Jamesburg; Spring Lake Park in South Plainfield; and Medwick Park in Carteret.
Friday, July 4 - Bergen County presents 2nd Annual Star-Spangled Spectacular. (RIDGEFIELD PARK, NJ) -- County Executive Jim Tedesco, the County Board of Commissioners, and the County Parks Department are excited to announce the full schedule for Bergen County's 2nd Annual Star-Spangled Spectacular on July 4, 2025 in Overpeck County Park. Musical groups Super Trans Am, Glenn Roberts Country Band, and Tempo Alegre will take the stage ahead of a performance from the New Jersey Wind Symphony.
Saturday, July 5 - Tyler, The Creator to Plays Shows in Philly/NY/NJ in July. (NEWARK, NJ) -- Tyler, The Creator announces a 2025 world tour in support of his forthcoming album CHROMAKOPIA. Promoted by AEG Presents, CHROMAKOPIA: THE WORLD TOUR will feature special guests Lil Yachty and Paris Texas and spans North America, Europe, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand over the course of 2025. The tour comes to Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia on July 5; Madison Square Garden in New York City on July 14; Barclays Center in Brooklyn on July 17; and Prudential Center in Newark on July 27, 2025.
Saturday, July 5 - Celebrate America! 'Music of the Revolution' at the Ocean County Library Brick Branch. (BRICK TOWNSHIP, NJ) -- The momentous decision by our founding fathers to emerge from colonization and establish a new nation will soon mark its 250th anniversary. In honor of this historic milestone, join us for Anne and Ridley Enslow's "Music of the American Revolution" at the Ocean County Library Brick Branch on Saturday, July 5, 2025. Count Basie Center for the Arts presents Graham Nash (RED BANK, NJ) -- Graham Nash, two-time Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductee and founding member of both the Hollies and Crosby, Stills & Nash, will perform at Count Basie Center for the Arts on Tuesday, July 8, 2025. Nash will be joined on stage by Todd Caldwell (keyboards and vocals), Adam Minkoff (bass, drums, guitars and vocals) and Zach Djanikian (guitars, mandolin, drums and vocals), performing favorites from across his sixty-year career. Showtime is 7:30pm.
bergenPAC presents Straight No Chaser - Summer: The 90's Part 2 (ENGLEWOOD, NJ) -- After a totally fly 2024 summer tour packed full of 90s boy band, pop, and R&B hits, RIAA-certified Gold a cappella group Straight No Chaser is back by popular demand with "Straight No Chaser Summer: 90s Part 2." The tour comes to Bergen Performing Arts Center (bergenPAC) on Thursday, July 8, 2025 at 7:00pm.
90.5 The Night Announces Songwriters on the Beach 2025 Lineup (BRADLEY BEACH, NJ) -- 90.5 The Night, Brookdale Public Radio, has announced the return of Songwriters on the Beach, the popular free summer concert series held every Thursday evening on the Newark Avenue Beach in Bradley Beach. The 2025 season kicks off on July 10 and runs weekly through August 21.
Rick Springfield, John Waite, Wang Chung, and Paul Young to bring the "I Want My 80s Tour" to NJPAC (NEWARK, NJ) -- Get ready to revive the spirit of the 1980s! Iconic rock star and eternal heartthrob Rick Springfield, a true emblem of the '80s music scene, is set to take the stage on Saturday, July 12, 2025 at New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC). Showtime is 7:00pm.
2025 Maplewoodstock Music and Art Festival to Take Place July 12-13 (MAPLEWOOD, NJ) -- The annual, free, two-day Maplewoodstock Music and Art Festival will take place the weekend of July 12-13, 2025. The Festival kicks off with music at noon and ends around 9:30pm each night. Ozomatli from Los Angeles headlines the festival on Sunday night. Boston-based Couch will close out Saturday night, preceded by New York’s The Big Takeover.
Young the Giant to Play Tropicana Atlantic City (ATLANTIC CITY, NJ) -- Critically-acclaimed, multi-platinum selling band Young the Giant announces the In The Open 2025 Acoustic Tour. An intimate concert experience performed in beautiful spaces and venues around the country, the band will be supported by Cassandra Coleman (debut album produced by Jack Antonoff out June 6 via Warner) throughout. Locally, the tour comes to Tropicana Atlantic City on Saturday, July 12, 2025.
West Windsor Arts presents Summer Music and More: Channel Collective (PRINCETON JUNCTION, NJ) -- West Windsor Arts presents Channel Collective on Saturday, July 12, 2025 from 5:00pm to 7:30pm. Dan Kassel and Friends, featuring Gregg Merkle, will open the night. This is the first of three in their free summer concert series sponsored by Site Centers. Admission is free.
Blue Curtain presents 2025 Summer Concert Series in Princeton (PRINCETON, NJ) -- Blue Curtain returns to Pettoranello Gardens Amphitheater this July with a free three-concert series. The 2025 season opens on Saturday, July 12 at 8:00pm with a performance by internationally acclaimed trombonist, composer, and bandleader Jimmy Bosch, also known as El Trombon Criollo.
Asbury Lanes presents There, There - A Tribute to Radiohead (ASBURY PARK, NJ) -- Asbury Lanes presents There, There on Saturday, July 12, 2025 at 8:00pm. They are the premier Radiohead tribute act, playing songs from throughout the band's iconic multi-decade catalogue.
Prudential Center presents Keyshia Cole (NEWARK, NJ) -- Two decades after her breakthrough debut album changed the R&B game, Keyshia Cole is taking it back to where it all started. The Grammy-nominated singer, songwriter, and "Princess of Hip-Hop and R&B" has officially announced The Way It Is 20th Anniversary Tour, presented by AEG Presents and Free Lunch. The tour comes to the Prudential Center in Newark on Sunday, July 13, 2025 with Tink and Wale.
Shemekia Copeland to Perform Free Concert in Atlantic City (ATLANTIC CITY, NJ) -- Award-winning vocalist Shemekia Copeland will give a free performance as part of Tony Mart's Mardi Gras on the Boardwalk concert series at the Kennedy Plaza in Atlantic City on Wednesday, July 16, 2025. State Theatre New Jersey presents Straight No Chaser - SUMMER: The 90's (NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ) -- State Theatre New Jersey presents Straight No Chaser – SUMMER: The 90's Part 2 on Wednesday, July 16, 2025 at 7:30pm. "I did two years of touring with "Days Of Future Past: My Sojourn" and it was great fun, I really, really enjoyed it and Jon Davison of YES joined me; long story but he joined me and he's actually my son-in-law now because he married my daughter," laughed legendary Moody Blues bassist John Lodge as he prepares for a string of shows here in The Garden State and beyond. "Jon is here with me now, we've been rehearsing for the next tour so yeah, it's great! He's a wonderful guy and a fantastic musician."
