Princeton Artist Adriana Groza Introduces Corporate Art Program Focused on Workplace Culture and Community Engagement

originally published: 01/12/2026

(PRINCETON, NJ) -- Princeton-based artist and small business owner Adriana Groza has introduced a new Corporate Art Program aimed at helping local and regional organizations thoughtfully integrate original contemporary art into their workplaces.

The program brings curated artwork into offices, lobbies, and shared spaces with an emphasis on creating environments that feel welcoming, engaging, and reflective of an organization’s values. By pairing artistic insight with practical planning, the initiative offers businesses a structured yet flexible way to explore how art can contribute to employee well-being, workplace culture, and the experience of clients and visitors. Services offered through the program include artwork acquisition, short- and long-term leasing, white-glove delivery and installation, and a 30-day risk-free trial period that allows organizations to experience artwork in their space before making longer-term decisions.

“Many organizations are taking a closer look at how their physical spaces support the people who use them every day,” Groza said. “This program grew out of conversations with local businesses looking for thoughtful, low-pressure ways to bring more character and warmth into their environments.”

As companies across Central New Jersey continue to adapt to changing work patterns and place greater emphasis on employee experience, the Corporate Art Program is designed to be both practical and accessible. In addition to curating artwork, Groza works directly with clients through site visits and virtual staging to help them visualize how pieces may live within their existing spaces. Early participants, including event venues, professional service firms, and Chamber-affiliated organizations, have shared positive feedback, noting that the artwork contributed to a more inviting atmosphere and sparked conversation among employees and guests. Several have opted to rotate artwork over time as part of an evolving approach to their workplace environment.

The Corporate Art Program reflects Groza’s broader commitment to the local arts and business community. Through her Princeton-based studio and gallery, recently opened in the former Kopp's Cycle building at 38 Spring St., she continues to collaborate with organizations that view art not only as an aesthetic addition, but as a meaningful part of how spaces are experienced and shared.
