(WEST LONG BRANCH, NJ) -- The Bruce Springsteen Archives & Center for American Music will hold a unique opportunity to attend an advance screening and listening session for Nebraska '82: Expanded Edition, featuring previously unreleased material. The event takes place Wednesday, October 15, 2025 in Monmouth University's Pollak Theatre. The event begins at 7:00pm. Admission is free and open to the public.

The session will be moderated and curated by radio personalities Tom Cunningham and Rich Russo. Joining them will be Erik Flannigan, essayist, Nebraska '82: Expanded Edition. Erik also wrote the liner notes from Tracks II: The Lost Albums.

"Bruce Springsteen's Nebraska will be explored with more context and depth than ever before this fall, with the release of a five-disc box set featuring many never-before-heard and previously-undiscovered recordings. Nebraska '82: Expanded Edition will arrive on Oct. 17 from Sony Music, and include The E Street Band's fabled "Electric Nebraska" sessions and solo outtakes from the era, as well as a newly shot performance film of Nebraska in its entirety - and a 2025 remaster of the original album. Together, they represent a wholly unprecedented look into the sonic world of this improbable lo-fi masterpiece turned enduring Springsteen classic."  - Shore Fire Media

The event will take place at the Pollak Theatre located on the campus of Monmouth University on October 15 at 7:00pm, and admission is free.

The Bruce Springsteen Archives & Center for American Music preserves the legacy of Bruce Springsteen and celebrates the history of American music and its diversity of artists and genres. Their mission is two-fold. The Springsteen Archives serves as the official repository for materials related to Springsteen and the E Street Band, including photographs, historic memorabilia, oral histories, and more. The Center for American Music explores American music more broadly. They accomplish this by producing exhibitions, concerts, and educational programming that explores and honors the cultural impact of American music past, present and future.
