(TUCKERTON, NJ) -- Rock n' blues guitar ace Sean Chambers is on tour with the fabled Savoy Brown Rhythm section, and will perform locally at Lizzie Rose Music Room on Friday, May 23, 2025. Doors: 7:00pm, showtime: 7:30pm.

Chambers and his band mates, the Savoy Brown Rhythm Section (bassist Pat De Salvo, drummer Garnett Grimm) recorded 'Sean Chambers Live Featuring The Savoy Brown Rhythm Section,' released February 28th on Quarto Valley Records to critical acclaim (reviews below).

"I hope people enjoy listening to the new live album as much as we enjoyed recording it," says Sean. "The material on Sean Chambers Live... features songs from my past albums, as well as a few carefully-chosen Savoy Brown songs the band and myself enjoy playing.  I thoroughly enjoy performing with Pat and Garnet from the Savoy Brown Rhythm Section and am honored to have them in the band. We have a great chemistry together on, and off stage. I think that will shine through when people hear the music."

Tickets are $40 and available for purchase online.  The Lizzie Rose Music Room is located at 217 East Main Street in Tuckerton, New Jersey.

Sean Chambers and the members from Savoy Brown all became friends after playing a festival together in 2019. Fast forward to 2023: shortly after the unfortunate passing of Savoy Brown’s founder and leader, Kim Simmonds, renowned guitarist and songwriter Sean Chambers teamed up with the Savoy Brown Rhythm Section consisting of Pat De Salvo on bass and Garnet Grimm on drums. Being that Savoy Brown and Chambers are on the same record label together, Quarto Valley Records, this change made sense and felt right to all three musicians. Kim Simmonds was in full support and gave the three his blessings shortly before his passing in December of 2022.

With the release of Sean Chambers Live Featuring The Savoy Brown Rhythm Section, these three accomplished musicians have come together to create what is undeniably one of the most entertaining and powerful musical trios on the scene today! Sean Chambers, along with Pat De Salvo and Garnet Grimm, continue to tour together throughout the U.S., Canada and Europe.

Florida-born Sean Chambers began his career in the Blues back in 1998 when he toured with the legendary Hubert Sumlin as his guitarist and band leader until 2003.  During Sean’s tenure with Mr. Sumlin, Britain’s Guitarist Magazine named Chambers as “One of the Top 50 Blues Guitarists of the Last Century.”

"Sean Chambers delivers a blistering set...a live album that captures the raw intensity of a seasoned blues-rock warrior, a masterclass of how to bring fire to the stage without ever losing the feel." -- BLUES MATTERS!

"An extraordinary example of live blues-rock at its mightiest...an album one will want to listen to loud and listen to often. Don't let this record sneak past you." - PHILLYCHEEZEBLUES

"The album opens with searing blues-rock instrumental “Cobra,” a track that originally appeared on Savoy Brown’s 2014 album Goin’ To The Delta. The fast-paced tune gives guitar and drums a chance to shine as the bass holds things together, a great opening number. Chambers and his Savoy Brown guys have given us a solid live album here; anyone new to Sean’s music will find this a good place to start."- BLUES BLAST

"There’s plenty of excitement in the air when a rocker like Sean Chambers stands in front of an audience. His guitar work is tops." - Southland Blues Magazine
