Brook Arts Center presents Chris Ruggiero and Tributes to David Bowie, Lionel Ritchie This Weekend

(BOUND BROOK, NJ) -- You are in for a treat this weekend, as the Brook Arts Center brings to the stage three amazing talents. Shows include Chris Ruggiero on Friday; a tribute to David Bowie on Saturday; and a tribute to Lionel Ritchie on Sunday.
Friday, May 20 at 8:00pm: Singer Chris Ruggiero presents his vintage rock and roll concert, “Silly Love Songs. It will be the 22-year-old singer’s concert appearance in Somerset County since he rose to national fame following his PBS Television appearance.
Saturday, May 21 at 8:00pm: Starman, The Bowie Tribute will perform the hits and deep cuts from "Ziggy Stardust (& the Spiders from Mars)" and "Station to Station", in their entirety, along with additional choice cuts from Starman's extensive song repertoire.
Sunday, May 22 at 2:00pm: Lionel Richie Tribute - Stephen Fuller and Amani recreate the magical sounds of Lionel Richie. A spectacular tribute to the music that made Lionel’s legendary sound and songs popular with generations of fans. Performing Richie’s songs from the Commodores to his amazing solo career.

The Brook Arts Center is in historic Bound Brook, New Jersey, one block from the Bound Brook Train station and a few short miles from Rt 22, 287, and 78. It is the only existing vaudeville theater (Brook Theater) remaining in Somerset County, and one of eight in New Jersey listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The Brook Theater has been providing entertainment since 1927.
