Avenel Performing Arts Center presents Americana Women

(AVENEL, NJ) -- Avenel Performing Arts Center presents Americana Women with performances on September 6-7, 2024 (both nights at 7:30pm.) Americana Women is a 4 piece folk band from New York City.  Featuring exceptional singer/multi-instrumentalists, they are distinguished by their tight harmonies, sizzling solos, and passion for bringing more female artists to the spotlight.

Americana Women is comprised of Allison Kelly, Maggie Hollinbeck, Tina Scariano, Lauren Jeanne Thomas. Together they celebrate American folk music from its earliest origins through current country, rock, and folk. Featuring artists such as Joan Baez, Dolly Parton, Patsy Montana, Lucinda Williams, Brandi Carlile, The Chicks, as well as original music.

They have impressed audiences across the country, including iconic venues such as The Redlands Bowl in California, The Kenley Ampitheater in Layton, Utah, as well as internationally on Celebrity Cruise Lines.

Tickets are $39.50 plus applicable fees and available for purchase online. Avenel Performing Arts Center is located at 150 Avenel Street in Avenel, New Jersey.

The Avenel Performing Arts Center (APAC) is a multi-disciplinary performing arts center located in Avenel, New Jersey. Funded by the Woodbridge Arts Alliance, The APAC promises to energize Avenel and surrounding communities by programming exceptional, professional theatre, music, comedy, dance and more.
