Albert Music Hall presents Annual Irish Show

(WARETOWN, NJ) -- In a tribute to the Emerald Isle, Albert Music Hall is gearing up for its annual Irish Show, a tradition that has become one of the most popular shows at the Hall. This celebration of Irish music and dance will take place on March 1, 2025. It promises to be a lively and fun-filled evening.

The show kicks off at 6:00pm with performances by the Jersey Devil Pipe Band and the D'Arcy Irish School of Dance. Following that, six bands will perform 30 minute sets each, offering a diverse selection of traditional Irish music. The lineup includes: Bill O’Neal & Andy Koontz, James DaltonThe Pishy ClootsThe River DriversThe Cook College Ramblers, and The Jolly Tinkers.

In addition to the live performances, the pickin’ shed will be open for those who wish to bring instruments and join in a jam session.

The snack booth will be serving corned beef & Swiss on rye, meatballs, kielbasa & sauerkraut, and hot dogs as well as a selection of desserts from the Amish bakery. The gift shop will have a variety of Albert Music Hall gifts and music-themed souvenirs. A 50/50 drawing will also take place, offering a chance to win a prize while supporting the Hall.

The event is family-friendly, with admission priced at $6.00 for adults and $1.00 for children under 12. The venue is cash only with tickets purchased at the door. Doors open at 5:00pm, and the show starts at 6:00pm. Parking is free and the venue is wheelchair accessible.

Guests are invited to dress up in their best green attire and come on down to Waretown for this special event.

Looking ahead, the Hall will also celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Pineland Cultural Society (PCS) with a special show on April 26th. Please visit the Albert Hall Website for more information on this milestone celebration and all upcoming events.

Albert Music Hall, located at 131 Wells Mills Road, Waretown, NJ, is run by the Pinelands Cultural & Historical Preservation Society (PCS), an all-volunteer, non-profit-501(c)(3) organization dedicated to the preservation of the Pinelands Cultural Heritage. Since 1974, visitors and musicians have gathered at the hall for live Bluegrass, Country, Folk, Americana, Old Timey & Pinelands Music and to jam in the Pickin' Shed every Saturday night.
